
<p>Wer kennt es nicht: Man will sich schminken, guckt in den Spiegel – und da sind sie wieder. Diese vergrößerten Poren, vor allem auf Nase, Stirn und Wangen. Total normal, aber trotzdem manchmal nervig, wenn man sich ein glattes Hautbild wünscht. </p>



<p>Die gute Nachricht: Es gibt super einfache Make-up-Tricks, mit denen du große Poren ganz easy kaschieren kannst. Du brauchst dafür keine Profi-Ausrüstung oder stundenlang Zeit – nur ein bisschen Know-how und die richtigen Produkte.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-warum-entstehen-grosse-poren-uberhaupt"><strong>Warum entstehen große Poren überhaupt?</strong></h2>



<p>Poren hat jeder – sie sind die Öffnungen unserer Talgdrüsen und spielen eine wichtige Rolle für unsere Haut. Wenn du aber zu fettiger Haut neigst oder sehr viel Talg produziert wird, können die Poren sich mit der Zeit ausweiten. Auch abgestorbene Hautzellen, Schmutz oder Make-up-Reste können sie verstopfen und vergrößert aussehen lassen. </p>



<p>Zusätzlich spielt Genetik eine Rolle: Manche Menschen haben von Natur aus größere Poren. Und – leider – auch das Alter: Mit der Zeit verliert die Haut an Spannkraft, wodurch die Poren sichtbarer werden.</p>



<p>Wichtig zu wissen: Man kann große Poren nicht komplett loswerden. Keine Creme, keine Maske und auch kein Primer kann sie dauerhaft „verschwinden“ lassen. Was aber super funktioniert: Sie optisch zu verkleinern und das Hautbild ebenmäßiger erscheinen zu lassen.</p>

<p>Bevor du überhaupt Foundation aufträgst, kommt der Primer ins Spiel – am besten einer mit „Pore-Minimizing“-Effekt. Der sorgt dafür, dass sich die Poren optisch zusammenziehen und füllt kleine Unebenheiten auf. Wichtig: In sanften, tupfenden Bewegungen auftragen, nicht rubbeln.</p>

<p>Leider betont Glanz große Poren. Wenn du also mit einem Highlighter über deine T-Zone gehst, kann das schnell nach hinten losgehen. Setze lieber auf mattierende Foundations oder <a href="https://dev.gofeminin.de/make-up/blush-farbe-juenger-aussehen-s5632466.html">Puder</a> – sie lassen die Haut glatter und feiner wirken.</p>



<p><strong>Wichtig:</strong> Vor allem Highlighter betont Hautunreinheiten und lenkt die Aufmerksamkeit auf diese Bereiche. Trage Highlighter deshalb nur auf Bereiche wie die inneren Augenwinkel oder Wangenknochen auf.</p>

<p>Je mehr Schichten du aufträgst, desto größer ist die Gefahr, dass sich das Make-up in den Poren absetzt. Weniger ist hier wirklich mehr – lieber gezielt abdecken und schön verblenden.</p>
