
<p>In der neuen Impro-Komödie &#8222;Andere Eltern &#8211; 1. Klasse&#8220;, die am 24. Juli 2025 um 20:15 Uhr im ZDF ausgestrahlt wird, gerät das deutsche Bildungssystem gehörig ins Wanken – und mit ihm auch Schulleiterin Franziska Marx, gespielt von Veronica Ferres (60). </p>



<p>Die von Lehrermangel geplagte Rektorin überlässt ihre Schule einem ehrgeizigen Elterngremium rund um Elternratgeber-Autorin Nina (Lavinia Wilson, 45), das – dokumentarisch begleitet von Ini Züger (Johanna Gastdorf, 66) – in Köln-Nippes eine klassenzimmerreife Utopie erschaffen möchte. </p>



<p>Gegen eine ordentliche Spende des Start-up-Unternehmers Björn (Serkan Kaya, 47) lässt Frau Marx die Zügel locker – schließlich können engagierte Mütter und Väter doch auch ein bisschen unterrichten? Bald greift allerdings nicht nur die Schulbehörde ein, sondern auch die Polizei&#8230;</p>

<p>Für Veronica Ferres war die Rolle der etwas überforderten, aber hingebungsvollen Direktorin ein selbstironischer Seiltanz zwischen Improvisation, gesellschaftlicher Satire und leisem Ernst. Um sich vorzubereiten, begleitete sie sogar eine echte Schulleiterin im Alltag.</p>



<p>&#8222;Wir haben uns über ihren Alltag unterhalten, über die Herausforderungen, die es gerade so gibt, und sie hat mir zum Beispiel erklärt, wie ein Elternabend normalerweise abläuft. Ich hatte das große Glück, sie im Alltag begleiten zu dürfen. Gerade beim Improvisieren ist es total wichtig, echt und glaubwürdig zu spielen.&#8220;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-sprung-ins-kalte-wasser">Sprung ins kalte Wasser</h2>



<p>Improvisation sei auch eine der größten Herausforderungen gewesen, so Ferres:</p>



<p>&#8222;Die eigene Aufregung in den Griff zu bekommen und sich dann komplett sicher in der Rolle zu bewegen und aus der Figur heraus alle Freiheiten schöpfen zu können und sich komplett auf den Moment einzulassen. Das ist erstmal, wie ein Sprung ins kalte Wasser, hat dann aber unfassbar viel Spaß gemacht&#8220;, verrät die Schauspielerin. </p>



<p>Für eine besondere Überraschung sorgte eine Szene mit echter Polizeibeteiligung, in der sie in ihrer Rolle festgenommen wurde &#8222;Da war ich absolut baff.&#8220;</p>



<p>Was sie an der Figur besonders reizte? Ihre Figur Frau Marx steht exemplarisch für viele Pädagog*innen im echten Leben – zerrissen zwischen Idealismus, Bürokratie und Eltern mit überhöhten Ansprüchen.</p>



<p>&#8222;Ich habe diesen großartigen inneren Konflikt als Schauspielerin total genossen: Auf der einen Seite will meine Figur unbedingt das Wohl der Kinder im Blick behalten und die Schule retten, die kurz vor der Schließung steht. Auf der anderen Seite muss sie sich mit den Eitelkeiten, Eigenheiten und Ansprüchen der Eltern rumschlagen – denn sie geht, bildlich gesprochen, einen Pakt mit dem Teufel ein: Sie lässt die Eltern unterrichten, weil sie dafür Geld spenden.&#8220;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-zum-thema-helikopter-eltern-und-schulsystem">Zum Thema Helikopter-Eltern und Schulsystem</h2>



<p>Auch zum Thema überengagierte Eltern hat Ferres eine klare Haltung: &#8222;Ich sehe, dass das immer mehr zunimmt in der jungen Generation. Aber das ist jedem selbst überlassen. Ich finde, Kinder zur Selbstständigkeit zu erziehen, als die größte Priorität – und sie natürlich trotzdem zu schützen.&#8220;</p>



<p>Ihr Blick auf das deutsche Schulsystem fällt kritisch, aber wertschätzend aus: &#8222;Es liegt viel im Argen. Wir müssen dringend etwas verändern, weil Kinder unsere Zukunft sind. Was Lehrer oft in großen Klassen mit vielen Schülern leisten müssen – ich habe die größte Bewunderung dafür.</p>
