Jetzt hat die Polizei von Los Angeles <a href="https://www.nbclosangeles.com/entertainment/brad-pitt-la-home-burglary-arrest/3762507/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">laut NBC</a> zwei Verdächtige gefasst, die am 26. Juni in das Haus des Oscarpreisträgers eingedrungen sein sollen.</p>

<p>Die beiden 18-Jährigen sind mittlerweile in Haft und wurden am Montag wegen Einbruchs angeklagt. Sie sollen Teil einer Bande sein, die in mehreren Häusern in Südkalifornien zugeschlagen haben soll. Zusätzlich droht den beiden deshalb eine Strafverschärfung wegen Bandenaktivität. Wie &#8222;NBC4 Investigates&#8220; weiter berichtet, wurden die zwei Männer vergangenen Donnerstag festgenommen, nachdem sie offenbar erneut ein Haus ins Visier genommen hatten &#8211; diesmal in Orange County. Gegen Kaution kommen die beiden Männer, die auf nicht schuldig plädierten, vorerst nicht frei.</p>



<p><a href="https://people.com/brad-pitt-home-burglary-suspects-in-custody-for-different-burglary-11789181" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Laut dem US-Magazin &#8222;People&#8220;</a> drohen bis zu sechs Jahren Gefängnis. Anklagen im Zusammenhang mit dem Einbruch bei Pitt könnten in den kommenden Tagen folgen. Wie Ermittler gegenüber NBC4 bestätigten, zielten die Einbrecher nicht gezielt auf Prominente ab. Die Bande soll auch in Häuser &#8222;normaler&#8220; Bewohner eingedrungen sein.</p>



<p>Der Einbruch in Pitts Villa war alles andere als subtil. Die Täter kletterten über den Vorderzaun des Anwesens, schlugen ein Fenster ein und durchsuchten systematisch die Räume, bevor sie mit ihrem Diebesgut verschwanden. Was genau erbeutet wurde, hält die Polizei weiterhin unter Verschluss.</p>
