
<p>Daham (21) war vor ;vier Jahren auf der &#8222;MUT Academy&#8220;: &#8222;Da ;hab ich zum ersten Mal ;gemerkt, dass auch ich was ;kann! Davor war Schule für ;mich nur Frust. Die Zeugnisse, die Noten…&#8220; ;</p>



<p>Bei ;Donya Golafshan und ;ihrem Team entdeckt ;der Junge mit jesidisch-kurdischen ;Wurzeln seine Stärken, ;bewirbt sich um eine Ausbildung beim Discounter Aldi. ;Es klappt, er steigt zum ;stellv. Filialleiter auf: &#8222;Ohne ;Donya und die &#8218;MUT Academy&#8216; hätte ich das nie ;geschafft!&#8220; Heute ist Daham ;selbst MUTivator, hilft ;ehrenamtlich Jüngeren.</p>

<p>Gerade hat Donya die Glocke geläutet: Der neue ;Bewerbungsmarathon startet! Zwölf Jugendliche sind ;dafür in eine ehemalige ;Fabrik gekommen, tippen in ;bereitgestellte Computer. ;Auch ihr Ziel: ein Ausbildungsplatz, ein Praktikum.</p>



<p>&#8222;Der Bedarf an Orientierung ist groß&#8220;, sagt die Academy-Gründerin. ;Vor allem strukturell benachteiligte ;Jugendliche tun sich schwer ;mit dem Schulabschluss, ;fühlen sich abgehängt. &#8222;Wir ;haben einen Ort geschaffen, ;an dem junge Menschen ;nicht bewertet werden&#8220;, sagt ;Donya. An dem ;Herkunft nicht über ;Zukunft entscheidet. ;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="aufstehen-nbsp-wenn-was-nbsp-schieflauft">Aufstehen, ;wenn was ;schiefläuft</h2>



<p>Donya und ihr ;80-köpfiges Team fördern ;die Jugendlichen individuell, über viele Monate, ;1:1 und in Gruppen, lassen ;ihnen Motivationsflügel ;wachsen. Solche, die die ;gebürtige Iranerin selbst ;früh bekommen hat. &#8222;Mein ;Vater hat mir und meinen ;vier Geschwistern immer ;gesagt: &#8218;Steht auf, wenn was ;schiefläuft. Ihr habt euer ;Leben selbst in der Hand.'&#8220; ;</p>



<p>Sie ist elf, als die Familie ;von Teheran nach Hamburg ;zieht. Donya wird Schulsprecherin, studiert Soziologie, gründet 2018 mit drei ;Freunden die &#8222;MUT Academy&#8220;. Es könne nicht sein, ;findet sie, &#8222;dass in Hamburg ;jedes Jahr 4000 Ausbildungsplätze unbesetzt bleiben, gleichzeitig 3000 Kinder keine Lehrstelle finden&#8220;. ;</p>



<p>Bundesweit fehlten letztes ;Jahr 69.000 Lehrlinge. Donya ;kämpft gegen diesen Missstand – mit Erfolg: Über 900 ;Jugendlichen konnte sie ;bereits helfen. Nicht nur bei ;Bewerbungen, auch Vorstellungsgespräche werden ;geübt. Es wird zugehört, beraten, Mut gemacht. ;</p>



<p>Den hat auch Aaliyah (17) ;geschöpft. Erzieherin möchte ;sie werden: &#8222;Aber mit meinem erweiterten Hauptschulabschluss?&#8220; Im MUT-Camp ;wird ihr klar: &#8222;Alles ist möglich!&#8220; Gerade macht Aaliyah ;ein Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr ;an einer Grundschule, danach ;will sie in ihre Wunsch-Ausbildung starten. &#8222;Die größte ;Hürde für viele Jugendliche&#8220;, ;sagt Donya, &#8222;ist diese innere ;Stimme, die ständig flüstert: &#8218;Du schaffst das sowieso ;nicht.&#8216; Diese Stimme lassen ;wir hier verstummen.&#8220;</p>
