So weit, so unspektakulär. Solche Bikini-Bilder sind ihre 2,3 Millionen Instagram-Follower schließlich von Lena gewohnt.<br>

Was Fans jedoch empört und für einen echten Shitstorm sorgt, ist der Spruch, den die ehemalige GNTM-Gewinnerin unter den Schnappschuss postet. &#8222;Food pregnant&#8220;, schreibt sie. Damit will die 31-Jährige ihren Followern wohl zu verstehen geben, dass sie beim Essen richtig zugeschlagen und deshalb ein Bäuchlein bekommen habe.</p>

Du weißt gar nicht, wie es ist, eine magersüchtige Tochter zu haben. Denen wird durch Leute wie dich ein falsches Körperbild vermittelt.&#8220;<br>
