Dazu Zucker mit Butter und dem Ei schaumig schlagen, Vanilleextrakt zufügen, dann Mehl, Backpulver und Salz unterrühren und zügig miteinander verkneten, bis ein glatter Teig entsteht. Den Teig aufs Backblech geben und zurechtdrücken, damit er gleichmäßig dick ist.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5703477-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Da der Teig vorgebacken wird, solltet ihr ihn mehrmals mit einer Gabel einstechen. Das sorgt dafür, dass er schön flach bleibt. Den Mürbeteigboden im vorgeheizten Backofen auf der mittleren Schiene ca. 15 Minuten bei 180 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze backen. Danach herausholen und abkühlen lassen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5703477-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Jetzt zur Cremeschicht: Dafür die Milch mit Salz, Zucker und dem Vanilleextrakt in einem Topf verrühren und heiß werden lassen, das Puddingpulver hinzugeben und unter Rühren aufkochen lassen. Achtet darauf, dass ihr mit dem Schneebesen gründlich rührt, damit keine Klümpchen entstehen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5703477-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Wenn der Pudding andickt, den Herd ausschalten, Topf beiseitestellen und den Inhalt etwas abkühlen lassen. Wichtig dabei: Immer wieder rühren, damit keine Haut entsteht. Alternativ könnt ihr auch ein Stück Frischhaltefolie auf die Puddingoberfläche legen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5703477-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Ist der Pudding abgekühlt, das Kokosöl und die weiche Butter hinzugeben und glattrühren, bis eine geschmeidige Masse entsteht. Die Puddingcreme anschließend gleichmäßig auf den abgekühlten Mürbeteigboden streichen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5703477-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Für den Walnuss-Schoko-Crunch als Erstes eine Karamell herstellen. Dazu Butter und Zucker in einer Pfanne auf mittlerer Stufe schmelzen lassen. Die Walnüsse je nach Geschmack grob zerbrechen oder feiner zerhacken.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5703477-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Anschließend in die Pfanne geben und durchrühren, bis der Karamell schön goldfarben ist. Achtet darauf, die Pfanne nicht zu heiß werden zu lassen. Sonst wird der Karamell-Nuss-Crunch schnell bitter. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Beim Karamellisieren wird die Zucker-Wasser-Mischung irgendwann krümelig. Jetzt nicht verzweifeln und den Herd ausschalten, den Fehler machen viele! Immer weiterrühren, bis die Zuckerklümpchen wieder schmelzen. Erst dann habt ihr richtige Karamell.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5703477-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Sind die Walnüsse kandiert, aus der Pfanne nehmen und zügig gleichmäßig auf der Puddingmasse verteilen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5703477-step-0-9" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Als letzten Schritt die Schokolade (ihr könnt alternativ auch Kuvertüre verwenden) über einem Wasserbad schmelzen lassen und die flüssige Schokolade mit einem Löffel über den Kuchen sprenkeln. Nuss-Schoko-Crunch abkühlen lassen und anschließend genießen.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
