<p class="p">Klar, wenn man die Eier in der Soße weglässt, ist die Spaghetti Carbonara nicht mehr originalgetreu. Diesem Anspruch wollen wir mit unserem Rezept für Spaghetti Carbonara ohne Ei aber gar nicht gerecht werden. Was wir wollen, ist ein echtes Wohlfühlessen, das im Handumdrehen und ohne viele Zutaten gelingt. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_2">Spaghetti Carbonara: Geht das auch vegan?</h2>



<p class="p">Damit eure Spaghetti Carbonara Soße wie das italienische Pasta-Original schmeckt, sind tierische Zutaten wie Eier, Sahne, Speck und Parmesan nötig. Nur damit erreicht ihr den so typischen Geschmack. Doch auch wer sich vegan ernährt, muss nicht auf ein leckeres Gericht verzichten. Denn es gibt ein paar Tricks und besondere Zutaten, mit denen man den Geschmack der klassischen Nudelsoße imitieren kann.<br> <br> Die vegane Spaghetti Carbonara wird zwar nicht exakt so schmecken wie das Original, ist aber trotzdem sehr lecker und super cremig.<br> <br> <strong>Sahne ersetzen:</strong><br>Statt normaler Sahne könnt ihr für die alternative Pasta-Soße einfach Produkte wie Soja-Sahne oder Sahneersatz aus Hafermilch verwenden.<br> <br> <strong>Parmesan ersetzen:</strong><br>Um den würzigen Geschmack des Parmesankäses zu imitieren, eignen sich Hefeflocken. Einfach 3 EL mit in die vegane Sahnesoße geben. Hefeflocken sind ein veganer Käseersatz und verleihen eurer Carbonara-Soße den so wichtigen Pepp.<br> <br> <strong>Eier ersetzen:</strong><br> Um die gewünschte Cremigkeit der Carbonara zu erreichen, könnt ihr noch einen EL Cashewmus zur Soße dazu geben. Alternativ könnt ihr auch 200 g Cashew-Kerne über Nacht in Wasser einweichen und dann pürieren.<br> <br> <strong>Speck-Geschmack ersetzen:</strong><br> Für Extra-Würze und den gewünschten salzigen Geschmack sorgt etwas Gemüsebrühe, eine gute Prise Rauchsalz und eine zusätzliche Zehe Knoblauch.</p>
