<p>Ja, wir haben sind noch mitten im Sommer. Aber tatsächlich dauert es gar nicht mehr lange, bis in den ersten Supermärkten Lebkuchen und Co. ausliegt (meist schon Ende August oder Anfang September). </p>



<p>Wer die besinnliche Jahreszeit also gar nicht mehr abwarten kann und zumindest geschmacklich der Sommerhitze entfliehen will, sollte diese himmlischen Plätzchen probieren. Das Rezept ist nämlich super einfach (noch viel einfacher als Vanillekipferl) und die himmlischen Vanille-Happen zergehen regelrecht auf der Zunge.</p>

<p class="p">Das Schöne am einfachen Traumstücke-Rezept? Es lässt sich ganz wunderbar abwandeln. So könnt ihr dem Teig neue, himmlische Aromen verleihen.</p>



<p class="p">Eine herrlich frische Note bekommen die Vanille-Plätzchen, wenn ihr einen Teelöffel Zitronen- oder Orangenschale mit zum Teig gebt. Nutzt dafür unbedingt Bio-Früchte, die ihr gut abwascht und reibt dann vorsichtig die Schale ab. Achtet darauf, nicht das Weiße, sondern nur die gelbe bzw. orange Schale abzureiben. Das Weiße schmeckt bitter.</p>
