Das Trendgetränk ging schon im Jahr 2020 auf TikTok viral und erfreut sich seitdem enormer Beliebtheit. <br> <br>Der köstliche &#8222;Schlagkaffee&#8220; kommt zur Abwechslung mal nicht aus Amerika, sondern aus Südkorea und verdankt seine steile Karriere übrigens der Coronakrise. Denn findige Südkoreaner wollten auch während des Lockdowns nicht auf Instagram-tauglichen Kaffeegenuss verzichten.<br> <br>Und dass der Whipped bzw. Dalgona Coffee, wie er in Südkorea auch genannt wird, überaus fotogen ist, daran gibt es keinen Zweifel.</p>

<p class="p">Beim Whipped Coffee steht die Welt Kopf. Denn anstelle der Milch wird der Kaffee aufgeschlagen und landet obendrein über dem Milchschaum im Glas. <p><strong>So geht die Zubereitung:</strong><br />Instantkaffee, Zucker und heißes Wasser in einer Schüssel klumpenfrei verrühren. Damit die Kaffeemasse richtig aufschäumt und eindickt, verquirlt ihr das Ganze kräftig mit dem Mixer. Milch mit Eiswürfeln in zwei Gläser geben (alternativ: Milch aufkochen) und die Kaffeecreme darüber verteilen. Genießen!</p>

<p class="p">Wer es stärker mag, kann statt Instantkaffee Espresso-pulver nehmen. Du kannst auch die Milch gegen Kakao austauschen oder halbe-halbe Sahne machen, damit der Kaffee noch cremiger wird.<br> <br> Auch brauner Rum und Whiskey passen gut zum Kaffeegeschmack. Oder du pimpst deinen Whipped Coffee mit leckeren Kaffee-, Mandel- oder Karamelllikören wie Baileys, Amarula oder Amaretto.
