<p class="p">Ihr liebt Haferflocken, aber bei klassischem <a href="/kochen-backen/porridge-selber-machen-gesund-s2343063.html" rel="follow">Porridge</a> oder Overnight Oats fehlt euch der Biss? Dann könnte ein Knuspermüsli bzw. Granola das Richtige für euch sein.<br> <br>Granola ist gewissermaßen eine Mischung aus normalem Hafer-Müsli und crunchigen Cornflakes. Statt lange einzuweichen, streut ihr den knackig angebratenen Knusperhafer einfach in Milch oder Joghurt. Das Ganze ist unfassbar lecker und zudem super sättigend.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_1">Darum solltet ihr Granola selber machen</h2>



<p class="p">Natürlich gibt es Granola bereits verzehrfertig im Super- oder Biomarkt zu kaufen. Dennoch gibt es einige gute Gründe, sein Granola selbst zu machen:</p>



<ul>
<li>Selbst gemachtes <a href="https://dev.gofeminin.de/lifestyle/kochen-backen/buchweizen-granola-rezept-s4050327.html" data-wpil-monitor-id="210">Granola ist deutlich billiger als Fertigmüsli</a>.</li>



<li>Ihr wisst genau, was drin ist und könnt die Zutaten individuell zusammenstellen.</li>



<li>Es ist gesünder, denn ihr könnt Granola auch ohne Zucker zubereiten.</li>
</ul>



<p class="p">Außerdem ist es wirklich kein Hexenwerk: Ihr mischt einfach die trockenen und flüssigen Zutaten, schmeißt alles auf ein Blech und backt es im <a title="Diese Funktion hat fast jeder Backofen – und kaum einer kennt sie" data-wpil-monitor-id="208" href="https://dev.gofeminin.de/wohnen/schublade-unter-backofen-funktion-unbekannt-s5176026.html">Backofen</a> an. Das dauert höchstens 30 Minuten und das Resultat reicht oftmals für 1-2 Wochen.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_2">Zutaten für euer selbst gemachtes Knuspermüsli</h2>



<p class="p">​Das Schöne, wenn man selbst sein Granola zubereitet: Die Zutaten lassen sich für mehr Abwechslung einfach austauschen und neu kombinieren. Dabei könnt ihr bei eurem Knuspermüsli aus folgenden Komponenten wählen:<br> <br> <strong>1. Die Basis (ca. 500 g)</strong><br> Zunächst einmal braucht ihr Getreideflocken. Beim klassischen Granola dienen kernige <a data-wpil-monitor-id="207" href="https://dev.gofeminin.de/wellness/abnehmen/haferflocken-taeglich-gesund-s4063327.html">Haferflocken</a> als Basis. Alternativ könnt ihr auch zu Flocken aus Dinkel, Quinoa, Amaranth oder Hirse greifen.<br> <br> <strong>2. Der Crunch (ca. 250 g)</strong><br> Mehr Crunch gibt&#8217;s mit ganzen oder gehackten Nüssen und Samen &#8211; egal, ob Haselnüsse, Walnüsse, Pekannüsse, Macadamia, Erdnüsse, Mandeln, Sonnenblumenkerne, Kürbiskerne, Pistazien, Cashewkerne oder Pinienkerne. Auch Kokosflocken, Chia, Sesam und Mohn pimpen eure Mischung. Tipp: Für ein Low-Carb-Knuspermüsli erhöht ihr den Nuss-Anteil und lasst dafür das Getreide weg.</p>



<p class="p"><strong>3. Die Süße (ca. 200 g)</strong><br>Damit das selbst gemachte Granola nicht zur Zuckerfalle wird, solltet ihr beim Süßen von weißem Haushaltszucker absehen. Gesündere Varianten sind Palmzucker, Kokosblütenzucker oder Birkenzucker. Bei den flüssigen Süßungsmitteln kommen neben Honig, Agavendicksaft, Ahornsirup oder der fructosefreie Reissirup infrage.<br><br><strong>4. Das Fett (ca. 55 g)</strong><br>Um das Granola schön knusprig anzubraten, wird etwas Fett benötigt. Neben geschmacklosen Pflanzenölen wie Sonnenblumenöl oder nicht-verginem Olivenöl bietet sich dafür <a data-wpil-monitor-id="209" href="https://dev.gofeminin.de/mode-beauty/make-up/weisse-zahne-mit-kokosoel-s4014213.html">Kokosöl</a> an.<br><br><strong>5. Die Würze (ca. 5 g)</strong><br>Mit <a data-wpil-monitor-id="211" href="https://dev.gofeminin.de/familie/schwangerschaft/zimt-schwangerschaft-s4020629.html">Gewürzen wie Zimt</a>, Kardamom und Vanille-Extrakt könnt ihr euer Knuspermüsli nach Belieben aufpeppen. Kakao und Schokosplitter sind ebenso möglich wie <a title="Kräutergarten: Warum du Basilikum nie neben Rosmarin und Thymian pflanzen solltest" data-wpil-monitor-id="212" href="https://dev.gofeminin.de/wohnen/kraeuter-nicht-nebeneinander-pflanzen-s5495119.html">Thymian oder Rosmarin</a>. Tipp: Ein paar Prisen Salz heben die natürliche Süße hervor.<br><br><strong>6. Die Extras</strong><br>Hafer-Nuss-Müsli ist euch immer noch zu langweilig? Dann fügt einfach noch Trockenfrüchte wie Rosinen, Aprikosen, Cranberries, Bananen-Chips oder exotische Feigen und Datteln hinzu. Achtung: Das Trockenobst erst nach dem Anbraten dazugeben, da es sonst zu hart wird. Außerdem könnt ihr beim Zucker sparen, da die Früchte bereits viel Süße enthalten.</p>
