<p>Das Geheimnis des deftigen Eintopfs ist neben seiner Zutaten auch die lange Schmorzeit im Ofen. Zwei Stunden lang köchelt er im Rohr vor sich hin, wodurch seine rustikal-deftige Aromenwelt entsteht.</p>

<p>Lust auf Abwechslung? Kein Problem – der Pfundstopf verzeiht (fast) alles. Wer’s gern noch herzhafter mag, kann ein paar gewürfelte Kartoffeln oder Möhren mit in den Bräter geben. Auch weiße Bohnen oder Kichererbsen passen super rein. Für eine rauchige Note sorgt ein Schuss BBQ-Soße statt Schaschliksoße.</p>
