<p>Als Vorspeise kommt etwas Leichtes und Frisches auf den Tisch. Da uns ein einfacher Blattsalat aber nicht festlich genug ist, servieren wir an Weihnachten einen leckeren Rotkohl-Salat. Das Rezept inspiriert vom Koch Anatol Elert haben wir <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lxgJF0Hbrc4" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">in diesem YouTube-Beitrag</a> von ARD GESUND entdeckt und sind absolut begeistert von der Kombination aus winterlichem Rotkohl und süßen, sommerlichen Feigen.</p>

<p>Der Hauptgang darf beim Weihnachtsmenü gern etwas deftiger sein. Wir haben uns daher für dieses vegane Gulasch entschieden, das geschmacklich durchaus mit der originalen Fleisch-Variante mithalten kann. Das wird auch allen Fleischfans schmecken!</p>

<p>Zum Abschluss noch etwas Süßes? Ein Muss! Wir lieben die Kombination aus cremig und fruchtig und haben uns bei der Weihnachtsnachspeise daher für ein veganes Panna Cotta entschieden. </p>

Den Topf vom Herd nehmen und ca. 20 Minuten mit geschlossenem Deckel ziehen lassen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5725491-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Die Vanille-Pflanzenmilch noch einmal unter Rühren aufkochen lassen und das Mandelmus und 3 EL vom Zucker hinzugeben. Auch die Speisestärke hinzufügen und mit einem Schneebesen alles gut vermengen, sodass keine Klümpchen entstehen. Sobald eine gleichmäßige Creme entstanden ist, in Dessertgläser füllen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5725491-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Nun die TK-Beeren in einen Topf geben und erhitzen. Zucker hinzugeben und solange köcheln lassen, bis die Flüssigkeit weitestgehend verkocht ist. Wer es gerne fein mag, kann die Beeren noch pürieren, ansonsten einfach über die Creme im Glas schichten.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
