Insgesamt geht es auf Cap Corse etwas ruhiger zu als auf dem Rest von Korsika. Also perfekt für alle Naturliebhaber, die dem Massentourismus entfliehen möchten.<br>

Aufgrund seiner Größe eignet sich Cap Corse perfekt für einen Tagesausflug. Dabei solltet ihr dem <strong>Plage de Nonza</strong> auf jeden Fall einen Besuch abstatten. Der schwarze Kiesstrand erstreckt sich in einer langen Bucht und bietet perfektes, blaues Wasser zum Schwimmen.</p>

<p class="p">An der südlichen Spitze von Korsika thront die <strong>Hafenstadt Bonifacio</strong> auf einer Klippe aus Kreidefelsen direkt am Meer. Im neueren Teil der Stadt befinden sich neben dem Hafen zahlreiche Fischrestaurants und Bars.<br>

Doch der eigentliche Höhepunkt von Bonifacio ist die Altstadt, die auf einem Felsen über dem Rest der Stadt liegt. Die <strong>mittelalterliche Altstadt</strong> ist ein Wirrwar aus engen Gassen, Souvenirläden, Bars und Restaurants. Und von der Mauer am Rande des Felsens hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf die umliegenden Kreidefelsen. Definitiv ein Ort auf Korsika, den ihr gesehen haben solltet.</p>

<p class="p">Die<strong> Calanques de Piana</strong> sind ein echtes Highlight auf Korsika und nicht umsonst eine der Top-Sehenswürdigkeiten. Am besten lässt sich die Gegend mit dem Auto und zu Fuß erkunden. Die enge Straße führt in Serpentinen direkt zwischen den bizarren orange-roten Felsformationen hindurch. Gleichzeitig offenbart sich euch der direkte Blick hinab aufs Meer. Entlang der Straße gibt es immer wieder Parkplätze, wo ihr anhalten könnt.<br>

<strong>Unser Tipp: </strong>Steigt auf jeden Fall aus und wagt euch an eine der Wanderungen heran. Größtenteils sind sie weder sehr lang noch schwer. Und der Aufwand lohnt sich, denn ihr werdet mit spektakulären Aussichten auf die roten Felsen und das Meer belohnt.</p>

<p class="p">Die Straße des Gebirgspass <strong>Col de Bavella </strong>führt steil und Kurve um Kurve hinauf. Doch die mühsame Fahrt bis zum höchsten Punkt lohnt sich. Denn der Gebirgspass zählt zu den landschaftlich schönsten Straßen auf Korsika. Auch der Ausblick, mit dem ihr belohnt werdet, ist einmalig und nicht umsonst eine DER Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Korsika.<br>
<br>
Schroff und bizarr ragt der Gebirgszug der <strong>Aiguilles de Bavella</strong> vor euch auf, sobald ihr am Parkplatz angelangt und ausgestiegen seid. Und schon nach wenigen Schritten habt ihr atemberaubende Ausblicke auf das Tal mit seinen Kiefernbäumen und Felsformationen.<br>
<br>
Am Rande der Straße erhebt sich außerdem das Denkmal <strong>Notre Dame des Neiges </strong>auf dem Felsen. Wenn ihr es liebt zu wandern, werdet ihr hier voll auf eure Kosten kommen, denn das Gebiet ist durchzogen von Wanderwegen. Aber auch für Wandermuffel lohnt sich ein Besuch, da der Ausblick bereits vom Straßenrand aus ein absolutes Highlight ist.</p>

<p class="p">Was wäre ein Urlaub auf Korsika ohne einen Strandbesuch? Wir verraten euch unsere fünf liebsten Strände, an denen ihr euch fast wie in der Karibik fühlen werdet.<br>
<br>
<strong>1. Korsika Strände: Plage de l&#8217;Ostriconi</strong><br>
Der Plage de l&#8217;Ostriconi im Norden von Korsika punktet mit hellem Sand und azurblauem Wasser. Er liegt in einer Bucht, so dass man hier vor dem Wind geschützt ist. Ein Geheimtipp ist er allerdings nicht mehr, sodass es vor allem während der Hochsaison etwas voller werden kann.<br>
<br>
<strong>2. Korsika Strände: Plage de Saleccia</strong><br>
Auch der Plage de Saleccia liegt im Norden des Landes und ist etwas schwieriger zu erreichen. Entweder lauft ihr das letzte Stück oder ihr solltet mit einem Geländewagen unterwegs sein, denn die holprige Straße ist nicht für normale PKW geeignet. Dafür erwartet euch am Ende ein wunderschöner Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser und feinem Sand.<br>
<br>
<strong>3. Korsika Strände: Plage de Gradelle</strong><br>
Folgt ihr der engen und steilen Straße von der Ortschaft Osani hinunter Richtung &#8222;Camping E Gradelle&#8220;, seid ihr fast schon am abgelegenen Plage de Gradelle angelangt. Der Sand hier ist eher bräunlich und von Kies durchzogen, doch die Lage in der malerischen Bucht entlohnt dafür allemal. Und: Durch seine leicht abgeschiedene Lage verirren sich definitiv weniger Menschen hierhin als zu den bekannten Stränden Korsikas.<br>
<br>
<strong>4. Korsika Strände: Plage de Ficajola</strong><br>
Der Plage de Ficajola liegt recht abgelegen an der Westküste von Korsika in der Nähe von Piana. Der kleine Strand ist selten überlaufen, aber dennoch wirklich traumhaft, denn er liegt in einer winzigen Bucht und bietet einen schönen Sandstrand mit Kieselsteinen.<br>
<br>
<strong>5. Korsika Strände: Plage de Palombaggia </strong><br>
Einer der schönsten Strände auf Korsika ist der Plage de Palombaggia. Leider schlägt sich das auch in den Besucherzahlen nieder. Völlig überlaufen ist der Strand auch während der Hauptsaison nicht, dennoch empfiehlt sich vor allem ein Besuch am Morgen oder späten Nachmittag.<br>
<br>
Der zwei Kilometer lange Strand (der eigentlich aus drei einzelnen Stränden besteht) ist geprägt von weißem Sand, roten Felsen, alten Pinienbäumen und glasklarem, türkisem Wasser. Besonders schön ist ein Spaziergang am Abend, wenn sich der Strand leert und die untergehende Sonne die roten Felsen zum Leuchten bringt.</p>
