<p class="p">Ich gebe zu: Mein Trockenshampoo und ich sind unzertrennlich. Da ich schnell fettendes Haar habe, komme ich schlichtweg nicht ohne aus. Und wer hat schon Zeit, sich jeden Tag die Haare zu waschen? </p>



<p>Doch was, wenn der Ansatz morgens fettig ist, aber das Trockenshampoo leer? Oder man seiner Kopfhaut mal eine Pause von dem reizenden Spray geben will? Dann gibt es gute Hausmittel, praktische Tricks und einfache Frisuren, die einen fettigen Haaransatz kaschieren! </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-die-beste-trockenshampoo-alternative">Die beste Trockenshampoo-Alternative</h2>



<p>Wenn du kein <a href="https://dev.gofeminin.de/mode-beauty/haare/haarstyling/trockenshampoo-fehler-1-s4061666.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Trockenshampoo</a> zu Hause hast, kannst du dir mit ein paar Hausmitteln behelfen. <strong><a href="https://dev.gofeminin.de/mode-beauty/make-up/beauty-hacks-babypuder-s2419311.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Babypuder</a> oder Maisstärke</strong> sind Klassiker, wenn es darum geht, einen fettigen Haaransatz zu kaschieren. Ich selbst greife gerne auf Babypuder zurück, wenn mein Trockenshampoo aufgebraucht ist.</p>



<p><strong>Die Anwendung:</strong> Verteile das Puder in deinem Haaransatz und lass es kurz einwirken. Mit den Fingern oder einem Handtuch einmassieren und gut ausbürsten.</p>



<p><strong>Der Vorteil von Babypuder:</strong> Der Frischeeffekt hält bei Babypuder häufig länger an als beim Trockenshampoo, da das Puder extrem saugfähig ist und überschüssiges Fett besser aufnehmen kann. Ich habe schon öfter beobachtet, dass ich nach der Verwendung von Babypuder sogar zwei Tage lang einen frischen Haaransatz habe!</p>



<p><strong>Der Nachteil von Babypuder:</strong> Gerade bei dunklerem Haar entsteht ein unschöner Weiß- oder Grauschleier, der hartnäckiger ist als bei herkömmlichem Trockenshampoo.</p>



<p><strong>Mein Tipp: </strong>Das Puder nie direkt auf den Ansatz geben, sondern zwischen einzelnen Haarsträhnen verteilen. Verwende eine kleinere Menge, das genügt meist schon. Anschließend mit einem Handtuch einreiben, sodass ein Teil des Puders vom Stoff aufgenommen wird. Wenn du deine Haare dann mit einer Rundbürste vom Ansatz weg föhnst, löst sich das restliche Puder auf.</p>

<p>In meinen Augen immer noch komplett unterschätzt, ist die Möglichkeit, nur schnell den Haaransatz zu waschen. Diese Variante ist ebenfalls praktisch und zeitsparend – und geht sogar morgens vor der Arbeit noch. Gleichzeitig schont es die Haarlängen und ermöglicht unserer <a href="https://dev.gofeminin.de/mode-beauty/haare/juckende-kopfhaut-s4013286.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Kopfhaut</a> eine Pause vom Trockenshampoo. So gehe ich dabei vor:</p>



<ul>
<li>Haare zu einem lockeren Dutt oder Zopf binden, sodass nur die vorderen Strähnen heraushängen.</li>



<li>Haare über Kopf im Waschbecken anfeuchten, einen Klecks Shampoo auf den Ansatz geben und waschen.</li>



<li>Mit lauwarmen Wasser auswaschen und anschließend wie gewohnt trocknen und stylen.</li>
</ul>



<p>Weitere Trockenshampoo-Alternativen sind Reis- oder Roggenmehl, Volumenspray und die richtige Frisur gegen fettige Haare. </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_1">1. Half Bun</h3>



<p class="p">Der Half Bun ist eine der beliebtesten Notfall-Frisuren bei einem fettigen Ansatz. Kein Wunder, er ist schnell gemacht und sieht super stylisch aus. Kämm deine Haare zunächst gut durch und teile die obere Partie deiner Haare ab. Jetzt kannst du die obere Haarhälfte wie gewohnt zu einem Dutt machen und mit einem Haargummi oder Bobby-Pins feststecken. Für den ultimativen Messy-Look an den Seiten noch ein paar Strähnen herausziehen et voilá – fertig!</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-2-lassiger-dutt">2. Lässiger Dutt</h3>



<p class="p">Zweifellos eine unserer Lieblingsvarianten, um einen fettigen Ansatz zu kaschieren: ein lässiger Dutt. So sind unsere Haare aus dem Gesicht, fühlen sich nicht unangenehm an und stören nicht. Hierbei gilt: Je unordentlicher der Dutt ist, desto besser. <br> <br><strong>Extra-Tipp: </strong>Für einen voluminösen Look verwendest du am besten ein Dutt-Kissen (<a href="https://amzn.to/4787311" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">gibt es bei Amazon 🛒</a>). Den Dutt anschließend mit ein paar Haarspangen feststecken und am Ende einzelne Strähnen heraus zuppeln.</p>

<p>Ein Sleek Ponytail, also ein eng an der Kopfhaut anliegender Pferdeschwanz, ist perfekt, wenn dein Haar am Ansatz etwas fettig ist. Der glatte, glänzende Look nutzt genau diesen Effekt für sich. Statt den Glanz zu verstecken, wird er bewusst betont und sieht elegant und gepflegt aus.</p>



<p>Für den Look kämmst du dein Haar streng nach hinten, bändigst einzelne Härchen mit etwas Gel oder Haarspray und bindest alles zu einem tiefen oder mittelhohen Pferdeschwanz. Die Haarlängen kannst du mit einem Glätteisen glätten, damit alles schön gleichmäßig wirkt.</p>

<p class="p">Model Lena Gercke macht es vor: Haarbänder sind ein hervorragender Trick, um von fettigen Haaren abzulenken. Dabei ist es egal, ob du deine Haare offen oder in einem Zopf trägst. Ein Haarband sieht einfach immer total cool aus und lässt andere denken, du hättest dir bei deiner Frisur richtig viel Mühe gegeben. </p>



<p class="p"><strong>Tipp:</strong> Damit das Haarband da bleibt, wo es hingehört, fixierst du es am besten mit ein paar Bobby Pins.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_4">5. Flechtfrisuren</h3>



<p class="p">Eine weitere Variante, um deine fettigen Haare zu kaschieren, sind Flechtfrisuren aller Art. Und ja, Flechtfrisuren kann man auch im Erwachsenenalter rocken – solange man sich damit wohlfühlt natürlich. Egal, ob Dutch Braids oder Fischgrätenzopf – jede Art von Flechtfrisur eignet sich ideal, um einen fettigen Ansatz zu kaschieren. Wenn du morgens beim Styling also etwas mehr Zeit hast, kannst du ein wenig mit geflochtenen Zöpfen experimentieren und so dein fettiges Haar geschickt verstecken.</p>



<p class="p">Auch hier gilt: Je lockerer die Zöpfe, desto besser. Damit das Haar nicht zu platt aussieht, solltest du die Zöpfe am Ende nochmal mit deinen Fingern auflockern.</p>

<p class="p">Wenn wirklich gar nichts mehr hilft: Mütze drauf! Zum Glück sind Kopfbedeckungen nicht nur eine Notlösung bei fettigen Haaren, sondern sind auch absolut zeitlos und immer im Trend. Egal ob stylischer Hut, Cap oder angesagte Schiffermütze. Bei der Art der Kopfbedeckung kannst du frei wählen und von deinem fettigen Ansatz kriegt garantiert niemand etwas mit.</p>
