
<p>Am 31. Juli 2025 teilte Patrick Dempsey (59) ein seltenes und intimes Foto auf Instagram – ein Schnappschuss von seiner Hochzeit mit Jillian Fink, aufgenommen vor genau 26 Jahren, am 31. Juli 1999. Dazu schrieb er eine bewegende Liebeserklärung:</p>

<p>Kennengelernt haben sich die beiden 1994 – Patrick war ihr Kunde in einem Friseursalon. Drei Jahre später folgte die Verlobung, 1999 die Hochzeit. Gemeinsam haben sie drei Kinder.</p>

<p>2015 der Schock: Jillian reichte die Scheidung ein. Doch Patrick Dempsey wollte die Ehe nicht ohne Kampf aufgeben. Das Paar entschied sich schließlich zur Paartherapie und fand wieder zueinander. 2016 wurde die Trennung offiziell zurückgezogen.</p>

<p>Patrick Dempsey wurde weltweit berühmt als Dr. Derek Shepherd – besser bekannt als <em>McDreamy</em> – in „Grey’s Anatomy“.
