<p class="p">Nicht nur aus Gründen der Bequemlichkeit lieben auch die Stars den No-Bra-Trend. Die Schauspielerin Florence Pugh wagte sich in einem transparenten Valentino-Dress auf die Fashion Week – ohne BH wohlgemerkt. Und setzte im Anschluss daran mit ihrem Insta Post ein deutliches Statement für mehr Body Positivity.</p>

<p class="p"><strong>#3 Oversize-Hemd</strong><br> <br> Auch mit einem Oversize-Hemd könnt ihr auf den Büstenhalter verzichten. Wer nicht möchte, dass sich die Brust abzeichnet, wählt Modelle mit großen Brusttaschen. Hier könnt ihr selbst entscheidet, wie freizügig der Look werden sollen. Für tagsüber im Office bleibt das Hemd zugeknöpft. <h2 class="title wp-block-heading" id="title_3">Praktische Hilfsmittel für den No-Bra-Look</h2>



<p class="p">Ob mit einem figurbetonten Top oder eher einem Oversize-Hemd – je nach Tagesform und Anlass bleibt uns selbst überlassen, in welchem BH-losen Outfit wir uns am wohlsten fühlen. Wer auf den BH verzichten möchte, findet zum Glück jede andere Menge Hilfsmittel. Ein Must-have sind sie natürlich nicht, aber für die eine oder andere mögen die Produkte sicher praktisch sein.<br>
<br>
<strong>1. </strong>Falls ihr nicht möchtet, dass eure Brustwarzen unter heller Kleidung zu sehen ist, könnt ihr auf unsichtbare Nippel-Cover zurückgreifen (gibt’s <a href="https://amzn.to/3dYuqm4" target="_blank" rel="noopener">hier bei Amazon</a>*). Diese werden einfach auf die Brustwarze geklebt – fertig!<br>

<strong>2.</strong> Ihr verzichtet gerne auf den BH, benötigt in dem ein oder anderen Outfit doch ein wenig Support? Dann hilft euch Booby Tape (<a href="https://amzn.to/3wqREr5" target="_blank" rel="noopener">hier bei Amazon</a>*). Ob das jedoch bequemer ist als ein Büstenhalter, müsst ihr allerdings selbst entscheiden.</p>



<h2 class="title wp-block-heading" id="title_4">In welchen Fällen sollte man besser einen BH tragen?</h2>



<p class="p">Aus Gründen der Bequemlichkeit würden wir am liebsten ganz auf den BH verzichten. Dabei gibt es jedoch bestimmte Gelegenheiten, in denen Frauen nicht ohne den Support wollen, z.B. beim Sport. Denn ein BH ist kurzum dafür gedacht, dem Körbchen mehr Halt zu bieten. Es ist also völlig ok, weiterhin täglich zum Büstenhalter zu greifen und sich damit wohlzufühlen.<br> <br> Dass ein BH jedoch wahlweise hängende Brüste verhindert oder sogar fördern kann, darüber streitet sich die Wissenschaft. Die einen sagen so, die anderen so. Fakt ist jedoch, dass ihr für euch entscheiden könnt, was für euch bequemer ist. Denn besonders mit einer großen Oberweite kann es schlicht und einfach angenehmer sein, einen BH zu tragen.</p>



<p class="p">Daher möchten wir euch Folgendes noch mit auf den Weg geben: Natürlich ist Mode reine Geschmackssache und nicht jede*r die BH-losen Outfits schön. Unsere Styling-Tipps, Outfit-Ideen und Hacks sollen dir als Inspiration dienen – was du daraus machst, ist ganz allein dir überlassen.<br>
