Die ist nämlich nur eine Methode, um den Abnehmerfolg zu messen. Es gibt jedoch viel wichtigere! Denn was hilft es euch, wenn die Waage ein Kilo weniger zeigt, die Lieblingshose aber immer noch nicht passt? Viel schöner ist es doch, wenn die Hose wieder gut sitzt &#8211; auch wenn das Ergebnis der Waage unwesentlich weniger als das Ausgangsgewicht anzeigt. Muskeln wiegen eben mehr als Fett :)</p><p class="p">Seid also nicht frustriert, wenn sich auf der Waage nichts oder nur wenig tut. Schaut lieber, ob ihr nicht einen dieser tollen Abnehmerfolge bei euch beobachten könnt!</p><h2 id="title_1" class="title wp-block-heading">1. Die Klamotten sitzen wieder besser</h2><p class="p">Die Hose passt wieder, ihr bekommt den Reißverschluss am Kleid zu und die Shirts spannen nicht mehr so über dem Bauch. Genau DAS wolltet ihr doch erreichen, oder?</p><h2 id="title_2" class="title wp-block-heading">2. Ihr kommt beim Treppensteigen nicht so schnell außer Atem</h2><p class="p">Wie, schon da? Ihr seid im zweiten Stock angekommen und fühlt euch gut. Schnappatmung, Herzrasen &#8211; das war einmal! Offenbar zeigt das Fitnessprogramm erste Wirkung. Eure Ausdauer hat sich deutlich verbessert. Das ist super!</p><h2 id="title_3" class="title wp-block-heading">3. Ihr habt mehrere Zentimeter an Körperumfang verloren</h2><p class="p">Schnappt euch ein Maßband und messt am Anfang der Diät den Umfang von Oberschenkeln, Bauch, Taille und Hüfte. Nach ein, zwei Monaten messt ihr nochmal. Ihr werdet mit Sicherheit erstaunt sein, wie viele Zentimeter ihr verloren habt!</p><h2 id="title_4" class="title wp-block-heading">4. 45 Minuten auf dem Crosstrainer sind keine Nahtoderfahrung mehr</h2><p class="p">Schweiß ohne Ende, knallroter Kopf und zittrige Beine &#8211; so habt ihr euch nach den ersten Malen auf dem Crosstrainer oder dem Laufband gefühlt. Heute könntet ihr locker noch ein bisschen weitermachen, so fit fühlt ihr euch.</p><h2 id="title_5" class="title wp-block-heading">5. Die Beine sind straffer, der Bauch ist fester</h2><p class="p">Wer bei einer Diät regelmäßig Sport treibt, wird schnell bemerken, dass alles straffer wird.
