Warum selbst gesunde Optionen nicht immer Low-Carb-freundlich sind

Kohlenhydrate sind eine wichtige Energiequelle für uns Menschen. Viele verteufeln Kohlenhydrate jedoch als bösartige Dickmacher. Wer sie zukünftig einsparen möchte, sollte wissen: Welche Lebensmittel enthalten viele Kohlenhydrate? Die Antwort liefert unsere Tabelle (siehe unten).

&NewLine;<p>Nicht alle Kohlenhydrate sind gleich&period; Zwar kannst du in einer Nährwerttabelle nachlesen&comma; wie viele Kohlenhydrate ein bestimmtes Lebensmittel enthält&comma; aber es ist entscheidend&comma; welche Art von Kohlenhydraten das sind&period; Ein Vollkornbrot mag beispielsweise 38 g Kohlenhydrate pro 100 g haben&comma; während ein Croissant 45 g enthält – doch die Wirkung dieser Kohlenhydrate auf deinen Körper ist sehr unterschiedlich&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Kohlenhydrate werden nach ihrer chemischen Struktur in Einfach-&comma; Zweifach- und Mehrfachzucker unterteilt&period; Einfach- und Zweifachzucker&comma; wie sie in Schokolade und stark verarbeiteten Lebensmitteln vorkommen&comma; lassen den Blutzuckerspiegel schnell ansteigen&period; Mehrfachzucker hingegen&comma; wie sie in Vollkornprodukten enthalten sind&comma; werden langsamer abgebaut und liefern über einen längeren Zeitraum Energie&period; Kohlenhydratreiche Lebensmittel zu essen&comma; muss also nicht zwangsläufig schlecht sein – im Gegenteil&comma; es kann sogar gesund sein&period; Und das Beste daran&colon; Gute Kohlenhydrate sind selbst bei einer Diät erlaubt&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<h2 class&equals;"wp-block-heading title" id&equals;"title&lowbar;1">Kohlenhydratreiche Lebensmittel – und ihre Alternativen<&sol;h2>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Wer abnehmen möchte&comma; sollte sich nicht so sehr am reinen Kohlenhydratgehalt eines Lebensmittels laut Tabelle orientieren&period; Vielmehr sollte er Lebensmittel meiden&comma; die einen hohen Anteil an einfachen oder doppelten Zucker-Kohlenhydraten enthalten&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Werden diese zum Beispiel in Form von Weißbrot&comma; Fast Food oder Süßigkeiten verzehrt&comma; produziert der Körper viel Insulin&comma; um den Zucker in die Zellen zu transportieren&period; Vereinfacht gesagt&comma; sorgt das Insulin dafür&comma; dass mehr Fett am Bauch eingelagert wird&period;
