<p class="p">Warum sollte man nur in der Weihnachtszeit Plätzchen backen? Für mich ist das ganze Jahr über Backzeit. Einfach weil ich frisches Gebäck zu Kaffee oder Tee so sehr liebe. Und spätestens im Oktober beginnt für mich auch schon die besinnliche Zeit und die Vorfreude auf Weihnachten.</p>



<p class="p">Auch Plätzchen backen steht dann ganz weit oben auf der To-do-Liste. Doch welche leckere Nascherei darf es diesmal sein? Meine Empfehlung: Als allererstes werden Schoko-Espresso-Plätzchen in der Röhre und dann im Bauch landen. So lecker!</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_1">Schoko-Espresso-Plätzchen: Leckeres Rezept</h2>



<p class="p">Die Kombination aus Schoko und Kaffee kennt ihr bestimmt schon von Moccachinos. Sie funktioniert aber auch toll in Form von Knusperkeksen. Die habe ich das erste Mal gebacken, als ich noch Espresso vom Vortag übrig hatte. </p>



<p class="p">Zum Wegschütten war der viel zu schade, aber trinken wollte ich ihn irgendwie auch nicht mehr. In den Schoko-Espresso-Plätzchen fand er ein neues &#8222;Zuhause&#8220; und seine finale Bestimmung. So lecker, so besinnlich!</p>
