<p class="p">Egal ob süß oder herzhaft – von den hauchdünnen französischen Eierkuchen kann man gar nicht genug bekommen. <p class="p">Das Tolle: Crêpes lassen sich ohne viel Aufwand ganz einfach und schnell zubereiten. Das Grundrezept besteht aus Mehl, Milch und Eiern. Aber was, wenn man ausgerechnet keine Eier im Haus hat? Kein Problem, die dünnen Pfannkuchen gelingen auch ohne.</p>
