<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_4">3. Französisch kochen: Rezept für Tomaten-Tarte-Tatin</h2>



<p class="p">Normalerweise ist französische Tarte Tatin süß. Der beliebte Apfelkuchen wird &#8222;kopfüber&#8220; gebacken. Die gezuckerten Äpfel landen also zuerst in der Kuchenform, ehe der Teig folgt. Stürzt man den Kuchen, ist die Apfelschicht wieder oben – lecker karamellisiert.</p>



<p class="p">Bei dieser herzhaften Tarte Tatin werden die Äpfel durch Tomaten ausgetauscht. Sie ist super saftig, würzig und süß zugleich. Für den Extra-Crunch sorgen die Pinienkerne.</p>

Kirschtomaten und Thymianzweige waschen. Zucker in die Pfanne geben und bei mittlerer Hitze vorsichtig zum Schmelzen bringen. Dabei nicht mit einem Löffel umrühren, sondern stattdessen die Pfanne immer wieder leicht schwenken.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5705578-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Sobald der Zucker flüssig ist, die Tomaten im Ganzen, Pinienkerne und Thymianblättchen in die Pfanne geben und kurz schwenken. Dann sofort den Teig über die Tomaten legen und an den Pfannenrändern leicht nach unten drücken und im heißen Ofen (mittlere Schiene) etwa 30 Minuten backen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5705578-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Wenn der Blätterteig aufgegangen ist und Farbe angenommen hat, ist die Tarte fertig. Pfanne aus dem Ofen nehmen. Achtung: Die Tomaten verlieren während des Backvorgangs Flüssigkeit. Diese ist sehr heiß und sollte vorsichtig abgegossen werden, bevor man den Teig stürzt.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5705578-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Teig anschließend mit einem Messer leicht vom Rand der Form lösen und sofort auf eine Platte stürzen.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
