Das Fruchtfleisch salzen, dann heißes Wasser in die Form gießen und diese mit Alufolie abdecken. Für ca. 35 Minuten zum Garen in den Ofen geben.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5701277-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">In der Zwischenzeit den Spinat waschen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch abziehen und fein hacken. Mit etwas Olivenöl in einer großen Pfanne anbraten, bis die Zwiebel glasig wird. Dann den Spinat zugeben.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5701277-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Sobald der Spinat eingefallen ist, Mehl sowie Muskatnuss darüber streuen und verrühren. Danach Milch und Sahne dazu gießen. Das Ganze etwa 10 Minuten köcheln lassen, bis eine cremige Sauce entsteht. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5701277-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Den gerösteten Kürbis aus dem Ofen holen und die Kerne sowie ein wenig vom Fruchtfleisch herausschaben, damit genug Platz für die Füllung da ist. Das gegarte Fruchtfleisch könnt ihr optional noch unter die Spinat-Masse mischen.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5701277-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Füllt danach die Spinat-Masse in die Kürbishälften und toppt sie mit zerbröseltem Feta-Käse. <h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-gefullten-butternuss-kurbis-abwandeln">Gefüllten Butternuss-Kürbis abwandeln</h2>



<p>Du bist kein Spinat- bzw. Feta-Fan oder hast einfach Lust auf eine andere Füllung? Wie wäre es dann mit einer italienischen Variante? </p>



<p>Als Füllung für den überbackenen Butternus-Kürbis eignet sich eine Mischung aus ca. 150 g Instant Couscous, 200g Cherry-Tomaten, eine Handvoll Basilikum und eine Packung Mozzarella zum Überbacken. Den Couscous bereitest du entsprechend der Packungshinweise zu. Mit Salz statt Brühe wird er schön würzig. </p>



<p>Viertel die Cherry-Tomaten und hacke das Basilikum und den Mozzarella grob. Gib alles zum Couscous. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen und vermengen. Dann auf den vorgegarten Butternuss-Kürbis füllen und 10 Minuten überbacken.</p>



<p><strong>Mein Tipp:</strong> Gib bei dieser Variante für den gefüllten Butternuss-Kürbis noch einen Esslöffel rotes Pesto unter die Couscous-Füllung. Das Aroma ist einmalig!</p>
