<p>Letztens hatte ich tierisch Lust auf fluffige Pancakes zum Frühstück. Da schaue ich in meine Schränke und stelle prompt fest, dass ich kein Mehl im Haus habe! Ein Glück für mich, hatte ich aber noch Puddingpulver da, das sich dank der darin enthaltenen Stärke prima als Mehlersatz eignet. </p>

Die Pfannkuchen halte ich in der Zeit im Ofen warm. Sind die Pilze fertig, streiche ich eine Schicht Kräuter Crème fraîche auf die Pfannkuchen, lege darauf eine Scheibe Kochschinken und gebe darauf Pilze und Salat. Das Ganze einrollen und genießen!</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div>
