Rühren, sodass keine Klumpen mehr vorhanden sind. Die Sahne zugeben und alles aufkochen. Danach die Flamme kleiner drehen und die Soße etwa 5 Minuten köcheln lassen. <p class="p">Was bei uns Königsberger Klopse sind, sind in Schweden eben Köttbullar – die übrigens <em>Schöttbullar </em>ausgesprochen werden. Die vegane Option, also die Plantbullar, werden ähnlich zubereitet, nur dass dabei eben auf &#8222;richtiges&#8220; Fleisch verzichtet wird. Dank der Gewürze und vor allem auch aufgrund der super cremigen Soße schmeckt&#8217;s am Ende aber dennoch mindestens genauso gut wie das Original&#8230; wetten?</p>
