<p class="p">Als Conch-Piercing bezeichnet man ein Piercing, das direkt durch die Ohrmuschel gestochen oder gepuncht wird. Da dieses Piercing durch Knorpelgewebe gestochen wird, dauert der Heilungsprozess etwas länger als bei einem gewöhnlichen Ohrloch. Und auch die Risiken sind beim Conch nicht zu unterschätzen.<br>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_1">Inner-, Outer- &; Orbital-Conch: Diese Varianten gibt es</h2>



<p class="p">Beim Conch-Piercing unterscheidet man in der Regel zwischen drei Varianten: dem Inner-Conch, dem Outer-Conch und dem Orbital-Conch. </p>



<p class="p">Das Inner-Conch (inneres Conch-Piercing) sitzt direkt in der Mitte der inneren Ohrmuschel. Das Outer-Conch (äußeres Conch-Piercing) wird hingegen durch die Mulde im oberen Teil des Ohres über der Ohrmuschel gestochen und könnte auch als tief sitzendes Helix-Piercing beschrieben werden. Daher kommt es auch häufig zu Verwechslungen zwischem dem Outer-Conch und dem <a href="/modetrends/helix-piercing-s4006770.html">Helix-Piercing</a>.</p>



<p class="p">Zudem gibt es noch das Orbital-Conch. Beim Orbital-Piercing müssen zwei Löcher gestochen werden. Werden diese dann durch einen Ring miteinander verbunden, spricht man von einem Orbital-Conch-Piercing.</p>



<p class="p">Ganz wichtig vorab: <strong>Ein Conch-Piercing sollte immer in einem professionellen Piercing-Studio gestochen werden</strong> und auf keinen Fall bei einem Juwelier mit einer herkömmlichen Ohrloch-Pistole!<br><br>Dies gilt übrigens für alle Piercing-Arten. Da es sich beim Conch um ein Ohrpiercing durch Knorpelgewebe handelt, kann ein falsches Stechen zu Entzündungen und starken Infektionen führen.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_2">Conch-Piercing: So wird das Ohrpiercing gestochen</h2>



<p class="p">Das Conch kann gestochen, aber auch gepuncht werden. Welche Variante infrage kommt, entscheidet meist der Piercer. Beim Stechen mit einer klassischen Piercingnadel wird zunächst das Ohr gründlich desinfiziert und die Einstichstelle markiert.<br> <br>Da sich die Stelle aufgrund ihrer speziellen Lage im Ohr nur schwierig mit einer Piercingzange fixieren lässt, kommt meistens eine Receiving Tube, eine Art Schutzröhre zum Einsatz. Die kleine Röhre ist am Ende geschlossen und wird während dem Piercen hinter das Ohr gehalten um die Nadel aufzufangen. Außerdem erzeugt die Receiving Tube Gegendruck und verhindert so, dass umliegendes Gewebe verletzt wird.</p>



<p class="p">Beim Punchen wird hingegen nicht mit einer Piercing-Nadel gearbeitet, sondern mit einer Punching-Nadel. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Hohlnadel, durch welche der Knorpel an der zu piercenden Stelle herausgestanzt wird. Die Vorteile des Punchen: Die Heilungsdauer ist insgesamt etwas kürzer.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_3">Conch-Piercing: Wie schmerzhaft ist das Piercen?</h2>



<p class="p">Die schlechte Nachricht: Ja, das Stechen des Conch-Piercings tut weh. Schließlich wird es durch den dicksten Teil des Ohrknorpels gestochen und hier befinden sich viele kleine Nerven. Wie sehr es weh tut, hängt natürlich vom eigenen Schmerzempfinden ab.<br> <br>Die gute Nachricht: Das Stechen des Ohrpiercings dauert nur wenige Sekunden. Und auch der Schmerz lässt genauso schnell nach. Nach dem Stechen ist das Ohr meist etwas angeschwollen, pocht oder fühlt sich heiß an. Diese Beschwerden klingen aber in der Regel nach kurzer Zeit wieder ab.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_4">Conch-Piercing stechen lassen: Das sind die Risiken</h2>



<p class="p">Da das Conch-Piercing durch Knorpelgewebe gestochen wird, bringt es einige Risiken mit sich. Außerdem verläuft der Heilungsprozess nicht immer ganz so schnell und unkompliziert wie zum Beispiel bei einem klassischen Ohrloch.</p>



<p class="p">Während der Wundheilung des Conch kann es z.B. zur Neubildung von Bindegewebe kommen, das der Körper bildet, um die Verletzung beim Piercen zu bekämpfen. Bei Schmerzen oder anderen Problemen solltet ihr immer euren Piercer oder einen Arzt aufsuchen. Die Wucherung des Gewebes wird meisten mit einem Lokal-Antibiotikum behandelt.</p>



<p class="p">Da das Conch-Piercing auf der Rückseite der Ohrmuschel nah am Schädel anliegt, kommt es häufig zu unangenehmen Druckstellen – vor allem im Liegen. Das Piercing übt permanent Druck auf den Kopf aus und verursacht so Schmerzen.</p>

<p class="p">Die größte Gefahr besteht allerdings darin, dass sich das Piercing entzündet und sich die Entzündung oder die Infektion über die Lymphgefäße und das Innenohr auf den Gesichtsnerv ausbreitet. Dies führt im allerschlimmsten Fall zu einer Gesichtslähmung oder Beeinträchtigung des Gesichtsnervs.</p>



<p class="p">Da der Piercingschmuck die Aufnahme der Schallwellen verändert bzw. den Gehörgang in manchen Fällen teilweise verdeckt, kann es zudem zu einem veränderten Hörempfinden kommen.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_5">Conch-Piercing: Alles zur Heilung und richtigen Pflege </h2>



<p class="p">Ein Conch-Piercing ist meistens nach drei bis sechs Monaten vollständig abgeheilt (ein gepunchtes Conch in der Regel nach vier Wochen). In manchen Fällen dauert die Heilung des Ohrpiercings aber auch länger. Für einen schnellen Heilungsprozess solltet ihr nach dem Piercen auf folgende Dinge achten:</p>

<li>Conch nicht anfassen oder daran herumspielen. Wenn doch, Hände vorher gut waschen und desinfizieren.</li>
</ul>

<li>Dreimal täglich Piercing mit Desinfektionsspray (gibt es im Piercing-Studio oder <a href="https://amzn.to/3ahUj9s" target="_blank" rel="noopener">hier bei Amazon</a>*) einsprühen.</li>
</ul>



<ul>
<li>In den ersten Tagen auf blutverdünnende Medikamente wie Aspirin verzichten. Zudem Piercing vor Seife, Shampoo und Haarspray schützen.</li>
</ul>



<ul>
<li>In den ersten zwei Wochen auf Schwimmbad-, Solarium-, und Saunabesuche sowie bestimmte Sportarten (Ballsport, Turnen, &#8230;) verzichten.</li>
</ul>



<ul>
<li>Druck auf dem Piercing z.B. durch Mützen oder falsche Schlafposition vermeiden.</li>
</ul>



<ul>
<li>Eventuell entstehende Krusten vorsichtig mit warmem Kamillenwasser reinigen und desinfizieren.</li>
</ul>



<ul>
<li>Piercing auf keinen Fall herausnehmen.</li>
</ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_6">Wie teuer ist ein Conch-Piercing?</h2>



<p class="p">Die Kosten für ein Conch-Piercing variieren meist von Studio zu Studio und von Region zu Region. In der Regel sollte das Ohrpiercing nicht mehr als 30 bis 80 Euro kosten.<br> <br>Im Preis ist meistens nicht nur das Stechen an sich, sondern auch der Erstschmuck sowie Pflegemittel enthalten. <h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_7">Conch-Piercing: Diesen Schmuck gibt es</h2>



<p class="p">Den Medizinstecker, der euch beim Piercen eingesetzt wird, müsst ihr so lange tragen, bis die Wunde vollkommen abgeheilt ist. Am geeignetsten ist übrigens ein Mikro-Barbel. Der ist weniger beweglich als ein klassischer Ball Closure Ring und reizt das Ohr so viel weniger.</p>



<p class="p">Ist euer Piercing vollkommen abgeheilt, könnt ihr den Ohrschmuck beim Piercer wechseln lassen. Besonders beliebt beim Outer-Conch sind auffällige Ringe mit Glitzer-Steinchen, aber auch kleine Stecker sind natürlich möglich.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_8">Earcuffs: Die Fake-Alternative zum Conch-Piercing</h2>



<p class="p">Für alle, die sich kein echtes Conch-Piercing stechen lassen möchten, gibt es mittlerweile sogenannte Earcuffs bzw. Fake-Conch-Piercings. Der Fake-Schmuck sieht aus wie ein echtes Ohrpiercing, wird aber lediglich an die Ohrmuschel geklemmt.</p>



<p class="p">Die Fake-Variante eignet sich übrigens auch perfekt, um erst einmal zu schauen, ob einem ein richtiges Conch überhaupt gefallen würde.</p>
