Der Grund: Beim Durchschießen des Tragus können Nerven verletzt werden und heftige Entzündungen entstehen, sodass das Piercing nicht selten nach kurzer Zeit wieder herausgenommen werden muss.</p>



<h2 class="title wp-block-heading" id="title_1">Tragus-Piercing: So wird das Ohrpiercing gestochen</h2>



<p class="p">Bevor es an das eigentliche Stechen geht, wird zunächst das Ohr desinfiziert und die Einstichstelle markiert. Das Tragus-Piercing wird für gewöhnlich mit einer Piercingnadel oder auch einer Venenverweilkanüle unter starkem Durch durch den Tragus-Knorpel gestochen. Um den Gehörgang nicht zu verletzten und Gegendruck zu erzeugen, wird ein kleines Korkenstück hinter den Tragus gehalten.</p>



<p class="p">Beim Piercen wird ein medizinisches Schmuckstück (am besten ein Stecker) eingesetzt, das so lange getragen werden muss, bis die Wunde komplett verheilt ist. In der Regel dauert das drei bis sechs Monate. Die Heildauer ist länger als bei einem gewöhnlichen Ohrloch, da Knorpelgewebe allgemein schlechter durchblutet ist als Weichgewebe.</p>



<p class="p">Danach kann der Schmuck beim Piercer ausgetauscht werden – von kleinen Steckern bis hin zu auffälligen Ringen ist alles möglich. Als Schmuck bietet sich ein klassischer Ball Closure Ring oder ein Labret-Stecker aus Edelmetall an.</p>

<p class="p">Das Durchstechen des Tragus ist – wie andere Ohrknorpel auch – leider mit etwas Schmerzen verbunden. Denn in den Ohrknorpeln befinden sich viele kleine Nerven. Einige Piercer bieten eine örtliche Betäubung an, aber auch ohne Betäubung ist das Piercen auf jeden Fall auszuhalten. Denn die gute Nachricht ist: Es tut zwar weh, aber nur kurz, denn das Stechen dauert nur wenige Sekunden!</p>

<p class="p">Direkt nach dem Stechen schwillt das Ohr etwas an, pocht oder fühlt sich heiß an. Diese Beschwerden klingen aber meist bereits nach kurzer Zeit wieder ab.</p>



<h2 class="title wp-block-heading" id="title_3">Tragus-Piercing stechen lassen: Das sind die Risiken</h2>



<p class="p">Risiken gibt es bei jedem Piercing. Leider verheilen Piercings, die durch Knorpelgewebe gestochen werden, allerdings leider nicht ganz so schnell und unkompliziert ab, wie solche durch Weichgewebe.</p>



<p class="p">Die größte Gefahr besteht darin, dass Entzündungen oder Hautreizungen auftreten. Treten Komplikationen auf, solltet ihr sofort euren Piercer aufsuchen. Der kann euch sagen, was zu tun ist. Die meisten Entzündungen lassen sich relativ gut mit entsprechenden Salben in den Griff kriegen. Um Gesichtslähmungen müsst ihr euch keine Sorgen machen. Beim Stechen werden keine Nerven verletzt.</p>



<p class="p">Da das Tragus-Piercing außerdem aufgrund von zu viel Bewegung an der Stelle zu Wildwuchs neigt, wird häufig die Anwendung eines Lokalantibiotikums empfohlen.</p>

<p class="p">Damit sich das Piercing nicht entzündet und schnell verheilt, solltet ihr nach dem Piercen auf Folgendes achten:</p>

<li>Tragus-Piercing nicht anfassen oder daran herumspielen. Wenn doch, Hände vorher gut desinfizieren.</li>



<li>Piercing täglich 3x mit Desinfektionsspray (gibt es im Piercing-Studio oder <a href="https://amzn.to/2Rb4cPi" target="_blank" rel="noopener">hier bei Amazon</a>) einsprühen.</li>



<li>In den ersten Tagen auf blutverdünnende Medikamente wie Aspirin verzichten. Außerdem Piercing vor Seife, Shampoo und Haarspray schützen.</li>



<li>Ca. 2 Wochen auf Schwimmbad-, Solarium-, und Saunabesuche sowie bestimmte Sportarten (Ballsport, Turnen, &#8230;) verzichten.</li>



<li>Beim Schlafen nicht direkt auf dem Piercing liegen, besser auf die andere Seite drehen.</li>



<li>Vorsicht bei Mützen oder Schals, die sich am Piercing verfangen können.</li>



<li>Eventuell entstehende Krusten vorsichtig mit warmen Kamillenwasser reinigen und desinfizieren.</li>



<li>Piercing auf keinen Fall herausnehmen.</li>
