wenn Sie an die Kalorien denken müssen und sich gesund ernähren wollen&period; Die Schattenseite eines hohen Fleischkonsums ist nämlich&comma; dass man dabei zu viel Fett und Purine aufnimmt&period; Ein Zuviel an Fett und somit an Kalorien im Fleisch lässt jeden Diätversuch zwangsläufig scheitern&period; wenn Sie auf Ihre Kalorienzufuhr achten&period; Hähnchenfleisch hat ca&period; 90 Kalorien pro 100 Gramm und ein Putenschnitzel ca&period; 130 Kalorien&period; Aber&colon; Alles kalorienbewusste Ernähren hilft nicht&comma; wenn Ihnen zwar nur Hähnchen in die Pfanne kommt&comma; Sie dann aber genüsslich die knusprige Haut schlemmen &&num;8211&semi; in der verstecken sich nämlich eine Unmenge an Kalorien&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p">Von Zeit zu Zeit darf es auch einmal ein Filet vom Schwein&comma;
