Und wenn sich in eurem Küchenschrank eine Packung Kekse neben die andere reiht, wird euch das Abnehmen garantiert schwerfallen. Werft mal einen kritischen Blick in eure Schränke: Wie sieht&#8217;s da aus? Habt ihr viele frische Lebensmittel oder eher Fertiggerichte, Süßigkeiten und Chips?</p>
<p class="p">Wollt ihr abnehmen, solltet ihr euch von all dem trennen und Platz schaffen für die folgenden Lebensmittel. Die machen satt, versorgen euch mit wichtigen Nährstoffen und helfen euch dabei, die Pfunde nach und nach zu verlieren.</p>
<h2 id="title_1" class="title wp-block-heading">Gemüse</h2>
<p class="p">Frisches Gemüse oder TK-Ware solltet ihr immer da haben. Gemüse hat pro 100 g im Schnitt nur 30 kcal &#8211; das ist fast gar nichts. <strong>Im Vergleich:</strong> 100 g Schokolade hat gut 550 kcal!</p>
<p class="p">Kauft ein, was euch schmeckt. Sehr praktisch sind Tomaten, Gurken, Paprika, Kohlrabi, Möhren oder Stangensellerie, denn die könnt ihr gut aufbewahren und sowohl kochen als auch roh zwischendurch knabbern. Um abends schnell noch was zu kochen, könnt ihr auch Tiefkühlgemüse besorgen wie Brokkoli, Blumenkohl oder Erbsen. Bei Gemüsemischungen wie Asia-Gemüse oder Gemüse italienische Art solltet ihr immer einen Blick auf die Nährwertangaben werfen. Teilweise ist einiges Fett zugesetzt.</p>
<p class="p">Blattsalat ist auch ein Muss für euren Kühlschrank. Eine Portion Salat könnt ihr mittags oder abends als Beilage essen. Das macht satt und hat, wenn ihr ein kalorienarmes Balsamicodressing nehmt, nur ganz wenig Kalorien.</p>

<h2 id="title_2" class="title wp-block-heading">Obst</h2>
<p class="p">Neben Gemüse solltet ihr immer frisches Obst im Haus haben. Es ist zwar nicht ganz so kalorienarm wie Gemüse, aber trotzdem erheblich kalorienärmer als Süßigkeiten. Ganz davon abgesehen, dass in Obst viele Vitamine und Mineralstoffe stecken. Gewöhnt euch an zwei Portionen pro Tag zu essen.</p>
<p class="p">Sehr praktisch sind Äpfel, die bleiben lange frisch. Gut gegen den Süßhunger sind Bananen, Trauben oder Mandarinen. Tiefkühlbeeren sind super fürs morgendliche Müsli, für Smoothies oder als Snack zwischendurch.</p>
<p class="p"><strong>Tipp:</strong> TK-Beeren könnt ihr gefroren mit etwas Joghurt oder Buttermilch mixen und habt blitzschnell ein kalorienarmes, leckeres Eis.</p>
<h2 id="title_3" class="title wp-block-heading">Haferflocken</h2>
<p class="p">Egal ob morgens fürs Frühstück oder als Zwischenmahlzeit: Eine Portion Haferflocken mit Milch oder Joghurt macht lange satt, ist gesund und sprengt euer Kalorienkonto trotzdem nicht. Habt immer eine Packung zarte oder kernige Flocken im Haus. Zarte Haferflocken könnt ihr übrigens super mit warmer Milch oder Wasser zu einem leckeren Haferbrei zubereiten. Einfach ein bisschen Zimt dazu und Bananenstücke, schon habt ihr ein echtes Gute-Laune-Essen.</p>
<p class="p"><strong>Unser Tipp: </strong>Messt Haferflocken am besten mit einem Esslöffel ab, sonst unterschätzt man schnell die Menge. Drei bis vier Esslöffel reichen vollkommen aus, um einige Stunden satt zu sein. Insbesondere, wenn ihr die Haferflocken mit Obst und Joghurt kombiniert.</p>

<h2 id="title_4" class="title wp-block-heading">Naturjoghurt</h2>
<p class="p">Der 150 g Becher Naturjoghurt (1,5 % Fett) hat nur 75 kcal und enthält dazu noch jede Menge Calcium und Eiweiß. Gleich drei Gründe immer Naturjoghurt im Haus zu haben. Und: Greift wirklich zur Naturvariante ohne Früchte. Fertige Fruchtjoghurts enthalten einiges an Zucker und dadurch Extra-Kalorien. Kombiniert den puren Joghurt lieber mit frischen Früchten. So schmeckt er zum Frühstück, aber auch als Zwischenmahlzeit.</p>
<h2 id="title_5" class="title wp-block-heading">Hülsenfrüchte</h2>
<p class="p">Linsen, Kichererbsen, Kidneybohnen solltet ihr unbedingt mal einkaufen und damit kochen. Hülsenfrüchte enthalten viele Ballaststoffe und machen dadurch lange satt. Nach einem Mittagessen mit Linsen knurrt der Magen nicht schon wieder um 16 Uhr, sondern erst gegen 18 Uhr. Probiert das mal aus!</p>

<p class="p">Nüsse sind &#8211; in kleinen Mengen gegessen &#8211; ebenfalls super für eine Diät. Habt immer eine Packung gemischte Nüsse im Haus und nascht zwischendurch ein paar. Mehr als eine Handvoll pro Tag sollten es aber nicht sein, da Nüsse viel Fett enthalten.</p>
