Denn wissenschaftlich bestätigt ist das Thema negative Kalorien leider nicht.</p><h2 id="title_1" class="title wp-block-heading">Was sind negative Kalorien?</h2><p class="p">Obst und Gemüse haben generell wenig Kalorien. Es gibt jedoch einige, wie zum Beispiel Grapefruit, Ananas oder Sellerie, bei deren Verdauung der Körper mehr Energie verbrauchen soll, als durch den Verzehr vom Körper aufgenommen wurde. 100 g Grapefruit haben 38 kcal. Esst ihr eine Portion Grapefruit sollen die eurem Kalorienkonto nicht angerechnet werden, weil der Körper mehr als 38 Kalorien durch die Verdauung an Energie verbraucht. Noch größer soll der Effekt bei Eiswasser sein. Das hat keine Kalorien. Um das kalte Wasser auf Körpertemperatur zu bringen, soll der Körper aber einiges an Energie verbrennen. Wer regelmäßig Eiswasser trinkt, soll entsprechend leichter abnehmen, schließlich nimmt er viele negative Kalorien auf.</p><h2 id="title_2" class="title wp-block-heading">Lebensmittel, die negative Kalorien enthalten sollen</h2><p class="p">Es gibt einige Lebensmittel, die negative Kalorien, sprich Minuskalorien, enthalten sollen. Antje Gahl von der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Ernährung (DGE) sagt: &#8222;Der Körper braucht für die Verdauung eines Lebensmittels Energie. Man geht jedoch bei normaler Mischkost von 10 Prozent der eingebrachten Energie aus. Das 100 Prozent oder mehr verbrannt werden, ist wissenschaftlich nicht belegt. Negative Kalorien gibt es nicht.&#8220; Doch wie sieht das mit dem kalorienfreien Eiswasser aus? Auch da verneint die Diplom-Oecotrophologin: &#8222;Falls tatsächlich Energie verbrannt wird, ist dieser Anteil minimal. Nichts, was man auf der Waage merkt.&#8220;</p><h2 id="title_4" class="title wp-block-heading">Die besten Tipps, mit denen ihr wirklich abnehmt</h2><p class="p">Ihr Tipp für alle, die dauerhaft Gewicht verlieren wollen: Weniger essen als man verbraucht. &#8222;Negative Kalorien mag es zwar nicht geben, aber eine negative Energiebilanz &#8211; sprich, man isst weniger als der Körper verbraucht und nimmt ab.&#8220; Wer sich an diese Tipps hält, sollte bald ein paar Kilo weniger auf den Rippen haben &#8211; ganz ohne den Verzehr von Ananas, Grapefruit oder Stangensellerie:</p><p class="p"></p><ul><li>Esst mehrmals täglich Gemüse. Das hat nur wenig Kalorien, macht aber lange satt.</li><li>Vergesst auch die zwei Portionen Obst nicht.</li><li>Bevorzugt Vollkornlebensmittel.</li><li>Lasst fettreiche Milchprodukte im Kühlregal und bevorzugt die fettreduzierte Variante.</li><li>Greift zu natürlich fettarmem Aufschnitt. Kochschinken, Roastbeef oder Geflügelaufschnitt haben erheblich weniger Kalorien als Salami oder Leberwurst.</li><li>Kocht so oft wie möglich frisch. Fast Food und Fertiggerichte solltet ihr nur selten genießen.</li><li>Esst euch an kalorienarmen Lebensmitteln satt. Zwei Äpfel (250 g), sechs Möhren (450 g) oder 300 g fettarmer Joghurt enthalten ebenso viele Kalorien wie ein halbes Croissant (30 g), nämlich 150 kcal.</li><li>Verbietet euch keine Lebensmittel. Kalorienbomben wie Süßigkeiten oder Chips solltet ihr jedoch nur selten und in kleinen Mengen essen.</li><li>Vergesst die Kalorien in Getränken nicht. Saft, Schorle, Kaffeegetränke und Alkohol haben einiges an Kalorien.
