Man muss nur sechs Wochen durchhalten und soll ein bis zwei Kleidergrößen sowie 10 Zentimeter Körperumfang weniger haben. Das ist ziemlich cool! Allerdings soll das nur klappen, wenn man sich haarklein an den Plan der Shred-Diät hält. Der ist sehr konkret und schreibt alle Mahlzeiten sowie das Sportprogramm für jeden einzelnen Tag genau vor.</p><h2 id="title_1" class="title wp-block-heading">So funktioniert die Shred-Diät</h2><p class="p">Viel Freiraum lässt die Shred-Diät den Abnehmwilligen nicht. Sie schreibt pro Tag insgesamt sieben Mahlzeiten vor, davon vier kleine Hauptmahlzeiten und drei Snacks mit maximal 100 kcal. Die dürfen nicht ausgelassen und müssen in einem Abstand von 1,5 Stunden gegessen werden. So soll Heißhunger ausbleiben und der Blutzuckerspiegel stabil gehalten werden.</p><p class="p">Die sechs Wochen haben alle ein Motto: Woche 1 ist der Aufbruch, dann folgen die Herausforderung, die Metamorphose, der Aufschwung, die Befreiung und zum Schluss in Woche 6 der Triumph, wenn die Shred-Diät erfolgreich durchgehalten wurde. Dann könnt ihr die Shred-Diät bedenkenlos machen. Leidet ihr an Stoffwechselerkrankungen, solltet ihr vorher mit eurem Arzt sprechen.</p><p class="p">Der Tagesplan der Shred-Diät ist sehr streng. Braucht ihr ganz konkrete Vorgaben und habt die Möglichkeit jederzeit zwischendurch zu essen, ist diese Diät genau richtig für euch. Da sie viele Alternativen für die vorgegebenen Gerichte bereitstellt, ist sie auch für Vegetarier geeignet. Wer einen ständig wechselnden Alltag hat, viel unterwegs ist, wird sich allerdings mit dem Durchhalten der Shred-Diät schwertun.</p><h2 id="title_3" class="title wp-block-heading">Das bringt die Shred-Diät wirklich</h2><p class="p">Zwei Kleidergrößen weniger in nur sechs Wochen: Dieses Ziel ist nur schwer erreichbar. Wer sich an die Vorgaben der Shred-Diät hält, wird mit der Kombination aus kalorienarmer Kost und Sport jedoch ein wenig abnehmen.
