<p class="p">Eine berechtigte Frage, denn Fett enthält unter den Nährstoffen mit Abstand die meisten Kalorien. 1 g Kohlenhydrate und Eiweiß haben 4,3 kcal &#8211; 1 g Fett aber 9 kcal! Da überrascht es nicht, wenn fettreiche Lebensmittel echte Kalorienbomben sind. Doch Fett komplett aus seinem Leben zu verbannen, ist nicht die richtige Lösung. Unser Körper braucht Fett nämlich. Wichtiger ist es deswegen, sich an die Empfehlungen zu halten, wie viel Fett man am Tag mit der Nahrung aufnehmen sollte – und welches. Fett ist nicht gleich Fett</p>



<p class="p">Beim Fett unterscheidet man grob in gesättigte, einfach sowie mehrfach ungesättigte Fettsäuren. <strong>Nicht so gut für unseren Körper sind die gesättigten Fettsäuren</strong>. Die stecken primär in tierischen Lebensmitteln wie Fleisch, Wurst, Käse oder Butter und enthalten Cholesterin. ​Cholesterin wiederum begünstigt die Entstehung von Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen wie Herzinfarkt oder Schlaganfall.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-welche-fette-werden-empfohlen">Welche Fette werden empfohlen? </h2>



<p>Wie viel Fett in Form der gesättigten Fettsäuren ist am Tag erlaubt? Hier rät die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung (DGE) zu einer möglichst geringen Menge. Achtet verstärkt auf die versteckten Fette in Wurst, Käse oder Fertigprodukten. Schaut beim nächsten Einkauf mal auf das Etikett!</p>



<p class="p"><strong>Mehrfach ungesättigte Fettsäuren</strong>, wie sie in pflanzlichen Ölen oder Nüssen und Samen stecken, sind dagegen gut für unsere Gesundheit. In ihnen stecken lebensnotwendige Fettsäuren, die unser Körper braucht. Greift hier also ruhig (in Maßen) zu.<br><br>Auch fetter Fisch hat einen hohen Gehalt an mehrfach ungesättigten Fettsäuren. Die DGE empfiehlt daher, 1 bis 2 Mal pro Woche fetten Fisch wie Makrele, Lachs, Hering oder Thunfisch zu verzehren</p>



<h2 class="title wp-block-heading" id="title_2">Gibt es einen Unterschied, wie viel Fett am Tag Männer und Frauen zu sich nehmen dürfen?</h2>



<p class="p">Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung empfiehlt auf die Frage, wie viel Fett wir am Tag essen dürfen, <strong>60 bis 80 g</strong>. Das hört sich recht viel an, tatsächlich ist diese Menge aber schnell erreicht. Das merkt man daran, dass die meisten Deutschen locker die doppelte Menge täglich zu sich nehmen!</p>



<p class="p">Frauen sollten sich eher an den 60 g Fett pro Tag orientieren, Männer dürfen etwas mehr essen. Wichtiger als die Frage &#8222;wie viel&#8220; ist jedoch die Frage, welche Fette am Tag gegessen werden. Bevorzugen Sie pflanzliche Fette und wählen Sie bei tierischen Lebensmitteln fettarme Varianten.<br><br>​Bei Wurstwaren sind dies z.B. Geflügelaufschnitt, Roastbeef oder Kochschinken. Sie enthalten weniger als 5 g Fett pro 100 g. Salami oder Leberwurst bringen es auf über 30 g! Damit ist bereits die Hälfte des täglichen Fettbedarfs gedeckt! </p>



<p class="p">Ähnlich sieht es beim Käse aus. Brie in der Doppelrahmstufe hat über 30 g Fett, ein 30-prozentiger Camembert dagegen nur 14 g. Fettreduzierter Frischkäse oder Harzer sogar weniger als 2 g.</p>



<h2 class="title wp-block-heading" id="title_3">Wie viel Fett am Tag ist erlaubt, wenn man abnehmen möchte?</h2>



<p class="p">Fettreduzierte Diäten empfehlen eine Fettzufuhr von maximal 30 g pro Tag. Daran kann man sich halten, wenn man abnehmen will. Viel wichtiger als die Fettmenge ist jedoch die Gesamtmenge an Kalorien, die ihr täglich zu euch nehmt. Wer abnehmen will, muss weniger Kalorien zu sich nehmen, als er verbraucht.<br><br>​Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob man Fett oder Kohlenhydrate einspart. Meist wird automatisch weniger Fett gegessen, denn Fettbomben sind auch Kalorienbomben. Aber lasst das Fett nicht ganz weg. Eine gewisse Menge gesunde Fette braucht der Körper zum Überleben. Häufig ist der Stoffwechsel gestört, wenn die Diät keine Ergebnisse liefert. Daher ist eine Ernährungsumstellung langfristig die richtige Methode. </p>



<p class="p">Übrigens: Immer wieder taucht die Frage auf, wie viel Fett pro Tag beim Muskelaufbau erlaubt ist. Da der Körper für den Muskelaufbau in erster Linie Eiweiß benötigt, spielt Fett eine untergeordnete Rolle. Hier gelten die Empfehlungen der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Ernährung: 60 g bzw. 80 g pro Tag.</p>



<h2 class="title wp-block-heading" id="title_4">Einfache Tipps zum Fettsparen im Alltag</h2>



<p>Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, Fett zu sparen. Hier ein paar Tipps:</p>



<ul>
<li>Achtet auf die Etiketten: Beim nächsten Einkauf auf die Nährwertangaben auf dem Etikett achten und bewusst fettarme Alternativen wählen.</li>



<li>Kocht selbst: Fertiggerichte enthalten oft versteckte Fette. Versucht deshalb, so oft wie möglich selbst zu kochen.</li>



<li>Verwendet pflanzliche Fette: Zum Kochen pflanzliche Fette verwenden und die Menge mit einem Esslöffel abmessen.</li>



<li>Verwendet beschichtete Pfannen: Damit könnt ihr mit weniger Fett kochen.</li>



<li>Ersetzt Sahne durch fettärmere Alternativen: Saure Sahne oder Cremefine sind gute Alternativen. Auch mit Milch und Brühe lassen sich leckere Soßen zubereiten.</li>



<li>Reduziert die Menge an Käse: Bei Aufläufen und Pizzen kann die Hälfte des angegebenen Käses verwendet werden.</li>



<li>Wählt gesündere Brotaufstriche: Statt Butter oder Margarine könnt ihr euer Brot mit Frischkäse oder Senf bestreichen. Mit Marmelade oder ähnlichem könnt ihr sogar ganz auf Fett verzichten.</li>



<li>Bevorzugt mageres Fleisch: Wählt Hähnchen und Pute statt Ente oder Schnitzel.</li>



<li>Kauft fettarme Wurst- und Käsesorten: Gönnt euch fettreiche Sorten nur selten und in kleinen Mengen.</li>



<li>Gewöhnt euch an fettreduzierte Lebensmittel: Kauft zum Beispiel Milch mit 1,5 Prozent Fett statt Vollmilch.</li>
