<p class="p">Wenn Backen Chemie ist, ist das Bauen von Shots Physik. Denn das Schichten bzw. Layern von Flüssigkeiten beruht in erster Linie auf der guten alten Dichte-Theorie aus dem Physikunterricht.<br>
<br>
Keine Sorge, wir fragen keine Formeln ab. Merkt euch für geschichtete Party-Shots einfach, dass Flüssigkeiten mit hoher Dichte als Erstes ins Glas gefüllt werden, da sie am schwersten sind und auf den Boden sinken, während leichte Flüssigkeiten mit geringer Dichte oben schwimmen.</p>
<h2 id="title_2" class="title wp-block-heading">Die richtige Reihenfolge beim Schichten</h2>
<p class="p"><strong>Unterste Schicht:</strong> Die höchste Dichte an Shot-Zutaten haben dickflüssige Liköre oder Fruchtsäfte mit viel Zucker. Sie sind am schwersten und landen daher als Erstes im Drink.<br>
<br>
<strong>Mittlere Schicht: </strong>Dann folgen alkoholische Spirituosen. Je weniger Zucker und je mehr Alkohol diese enthalten, desto leichter sind sie. Wodka und Tequila sinken beispielsweise nicht so stark ab wie süßer Blue Curacao.<br>
<br>
<strong>Obere Schicht: </strong>Fett schwimmt oben, denn es hat eine kleinere Dichte als Wasser und Alkohol. Sahne und fluffige Milchcremes bilden daher den krönenden Abschluss im Glas.<br>
<br>
<strong>Wichtig: </strong>Die Temperatur wirkt sich auf die Dichte von Spirituosen aus. Kalte Flüssigkeiten sind in der Regel schwerer als warme. Am besten klappt das Schichten, wenn alle Zutaten Zimmertemperatur haben.<br>

<p class="p">Nehmt euch einen Teelöffel zu Hilfe und dreht ihn um, sodass die Rundung nach oben zeigt. Die Löffelspitze könnt ihr am Rand des Glases anlehnen – in passender Höhe, damit die unterschiedlich farbigen Flüssigkeiten keine Tropfen oder Spritzer am Glas hinterlassen.<br>
<br>
Durch den Löffeltrick wird die Geschwindigkeit der Flüssigkeit beim Abfüllen abgebremst. So &#8222;gleiten&#8220; die einzelnen Spirituosen vorsichtig ins Glas und lassen sich übereinander schichten, ohne sich zu vermischen.</p>

<p class="p">Der Apfelkuchen-Shot ist etwas für Naschkatzen, denn er schmeckt trotz weniger Zutaten wie flüssiger Apfelkuchen – ungelogen. Das Gefährliche daran: Den Alkohol schmeckt man kaum heraus, sodass man verleitet ist, mehr Shots zu trinken.<br>

<strong>Tipp: </strong>Statt Korn könnt ihr den Party-Shot auch mit Tequila oder Wodka ansetzen. Entscheidet ihr euch für Tequila als Alkoholbasis, macht sich ein Salzrand am Schnapsglas gut. Dazu vorher den Rand mit Limettensaft befeuchten und anschließend in einer Schale mit Salz wenden.<br>

<p class="p">Wer es zwar scharf mag, aber nicht so auf Tomate steht, sollte unbedingt den Mad Dog ausprobieren. Den Shooter habe ich bei einem Polen-Urlaub kennen und lieben gelernt.<br>
<br>
Die Polen süßen nicht nur ihr Bier gerne mit Grenadine, sondern auch ihren Schnaps. In Kombination mit dem Tabasco entsteht ein spannender Kontrast aus süß und scharf – eine Mischung, die besonders gut schmeckt, wenn man sie &#8222;ext&#8220;, statt die einzelnen Schichten nacheinander zu schlürfen.</p>

<p class="p">Der Fallen Froggie sieht vielleicht nicht ganz so appetitlich aus, besteht aber nur aus leckeren Zutaten, die jedem schmecken sollten, der keinen scharfen Alkohol mag.<br>
<br>
Das Schichten des Shots ist hier elementar. Um die milchige Mitte hinzukriegen, lasst ihr die Grenadine erst zum Schluss durch die oberste Cremeschicht hindurchtropfen. Der Sirup ist so schwer, dass sie die Creme durchschlägt und in sichtbaren Strängen mit sich zu Boden zieht.</p>

<p class="p">Der B52 ist das Paradebeispiel für einen Schicht-Shot. Den Namen verdankt der Party-Shot dem amerikanischen Langstreckenbomber Boing B-52. Genau wie der Flieger, der Brandbomben abgeworfen haben soll, wird die oberste Alkoholschicht des B52 meist flambiert.<br>
<br>
Geschmacklich erinnert der Shot an Karamell mit einer leichten Orangennote im Abgang. Das ist zumindest beim klassischen Rezept mit Orangenlikör der Fall. Oft wird der B52 jedoch auch mit Rum statt Orangenlikör angeboten.</p>

Zuerst den dunklen Kaffeelikör ins Schnapsglas gießen. Anschließend die Irish Cream mithilfe eines Teelöffels darüber fließen lassen. Zuletzt mit einem frischen Löffel den Orangenlikör auf die Cremeschicht heben. Der B52 wird typischerweise mit Strohhalm getrunken.<br>

Wer mag, kann die oberste Schicht vor dem Servieren anzünden. Die blaue Flamme setzt noch mal einen spektakulären Kontrast zu den drei Schichten des Shots. Bevor ihr trinkt, solltet ihr die Flamme jedoch unbedingt löschen.<br>

<strong>Tipp:</strong> Wollt ihr den Drink anzünden, muss das Glas feuerfest sein. Schnapsbecher aus Plastik scheiden hier also aus.<br>

<p class="p">Ich persönlich bin kein Fan von Jelly Shots, weil ich das wabbelige Gefühl im Mund nicht ausstehen kann. Weil aber so viele Leute die Wackelpudding-Konsistenz lieben, möchte ich euch das Rezept für selbstgemachte Jelly Shots nicht vorenthalten.<br>
<br>
Wer nicht mit Gelatine arbeiten möchte, greift am besten auf fertige Götterspeisepäckchen zurück. Die gibt es nicht nur mit Waldmeistergeschmack, sondern auch in anderen Sorten wie Himbeer, Kirsche oder Zitrone.<br>
<br>
<strong>Tipp: </strong>Für bunte Regenbogen-Jelly-Shots könnt ihr nacheinander mehrere unterschiedliche Götterspeisepulver in Gläser schichten. Das dauert allerdings seine Zeit, da jede Lage ein paar Stunden im Gefrierfach braucht, um fest zu werden, ehe die nächste Schicht folgen kann. Völlig steif müssen die einzelnen Schichten jedoch nicht sein. Durch flüssige Ränder ergeben sich tolle Farbübergänge.</p>

Die Götterspeise in einem Topf mit dem Zucker vermischen. Den Wodka hinzugeben und kurz auf dem Herd erhitzen. Vorsicht: Wie bei <a href="/kochen-backen/gluhwein-rezepte-s2065780.html">Glühwein</a> darf die Mischung nicht kochen, da sonst der Alkohol verfliegt.<br>
<br>
Wenn sich das Pulver aufgelöst hat und etwas eingedickt ist, füllt ihr die Flüssigkeit gleichmäßig in kleine Schnapsgläser. Stellt das Ganze am besten über Nacht in den Kühlschrank, damit der Wackelpudding richtig fest wird.<br>
<br>
<strong>Tipp:</strong> Um die Jelly Shots leichter aus dem Glas oder Becher lösen zu können, stecht ihr vor dem Kaltstellen einen Zahnstocher in die Mitte von jedem Gläschen.<br>
<br>
Statt Schnapsgläser könnt ihr auch ausgehöhlte Orangen, Zitronen oder Limetten als Gefäß benutzen. Die halbierten Zitrusfrüchte mit Jelly Shots lassen sich nach dem Tiefkühlen einfach mit einem Messer in mehrere Portionen teilen.<br>
