<p>Weil ich letztens noch eine Bio-Zitrone und im Kühlschrank noch griechischen Joghurt übrig hatte, dachte ich, ich mache ein fruchtig-sommerliches Rezept für Zitronen-Joghurt-Muffins. So viel vorweg: Die Törtchen waren ein echtes Gedicht! Super zart und wunderbar saftig.</p>

Ich habe 550er-Mehl verwendet, ihr könnt aber genauso gut „normales“ 405er-Mehl nehmen.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5708304-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">In einer Schüssel den Joghurt, zusammen mit dem Zitronenabrieb, 3 EL vom Saft der Zitrone und dem Vanille-Extrakt verrühren. Wenn ihr keinen Vanille-Extrakt habt, könnt ihr auch ein Päckchen Vanille-Zucker benutzen.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5708304-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Jetzt die Butter zusammen mit dem Zucker und dem Vanillezucker schaumig aufschlagen. Ich habe dazu meine Küchenmaschine (gibt’s zum Beispiel hier bei Amazon*) verwendet. Ihr könnt aber auch einen Handmixer benutzen. Ist die Butter-Zucker-Masse hell und cremig, nacheinander die beiden Eier dazu geben und jedes Ei ca. 1 Minute lang schlagen.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5708304-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Danach abwechselnd esslöffelweise die Mehl-Backpulver-Salz-Mischung und die Joghurt-Zitronen-Vanille-Mischung dazu geben, bis der Teig glatt ist. Wichtig: Das Mehl nicht zu schnell und zu lange einrühren, sonst werden die Törtchen beim Backen gummiartig. Stell euren Mixer lieber auf eine niedrigere Stufe.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5708304-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Den Teig gleichmäßig in die Förmchen einfüllen und die Törtchen ca. 20-25 Minuten backen. Mit der Stäbchenprobe überprüfen, ob der Teig gar ist. Bei mir haben die Törtchen gute 25 Minuten gebraucht. Die Backzeit richtet sich aber nach eurem Ofen.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5708304-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">In der Zwischenzeit mit dem Puderzucker, der Milch und einem EL Zitronensaft eine Glasur anrühren.
