<p class="p">Ich gebe zu: Bei mir kommen Nudeln mit Pesto meistens auf den Tisch, wenn ich keine Ahnung habe, was ich kochen soll. Für Notfälle habe ich immer ein oder zwei Gläschen Basilikum-Pesto im Vorratsschrank, die ich zubereiten kann, falls mich der große Hunger überkommt und es schnell gehen muss.</p>



<p class="p">Doch hast du schon mal daran gedacht, Pesto aus Avocado zu zaubern? Das geht super einfach und du benötigst nur wenige Zutaten. Im Gegensatz zum klassischen, gekauften Pesto aus dem Glas, weißt du beim selbstgemachten Avocado-Pesto genau, was drin ist und kannst es somit ganz ohne schlechtes Gewissen genießen.</p>

<p class="p">Ich habe das Avocado-Pesto neulich zum ersten Mal ausprobiert und war mehr als begeistert. Denn ich habe kaum mehr Zeit investiert als beim Zubereiten eines Basilikum-Pestos aus dem Glas. In der Zeit, in der die Nudeln kochten, habe ich das Pesto zubereitet und als die Nudeln al dente waren, war ich mit der Zubereitung auch schon fertig. Insgesamt habe ich nicht mehr als 20 Minuten für alles gebraucht.</p>
