<p class="p">Ein Septum-Piercing (lat. <em>Septum nasi</em>) ist ein Piercing in der Nasenscheidewand. Genau genommen wird das Piercing nicht durch Knorpel gestochen, sondern durch das Bindegewebe, das unterhalb des Nasenscheidewandknorpels liegt.<br>

Ursprünglich stammt das Septum-Nasenpiercing aus Indien und gehört zu den ältesten Piercingformen. Und auch heute noch liegt das Septum im Trend.<br>

<p class="p"><strong>Wichtig: </strong>Ein Septum-Piercing sollte auf keinen Fall selbst oder von Laien, sondern ausschließlich in einem professionellen Piercing-Studio gestochen werden.<br>

<h2 class="title wp-block-heading" id="title_1">Septum-Piercing stechen lassen: Die wichtigsten Infos</h2>



<p class="p">Die größte Schwierigkeit beim Stechen des Septum-Piercings besteht darin, dass die Nasenscheidewand für gewöhnlich Unebenheiten aufweist und ein gerades Stechen dadurch erschwert wird. Aus diesem Grund wird in vielen Piercingstudios eine spezielle Septum-Klemmzange verwendet. Die obere Öffnung der Zange besteht aus zwei offenen Zylindern, die die Nadel gerade führen. Meist wird zusätzlich ein Receiving Tube verwendet, um das Gewebe zu stabilisieren.</p>



<p class="p">Außerdem besteht die Gefahr, dass beim Stechen des Septums Knorpelgewebe getroffen wird. Ist dies der Fall, können Entzündungen auftreten oder es kommt zur Abszessbildung. Aber keine Sorge: In einem professionellen Piercingstudio sollte in der Regel ein solch fehlerhaftes Stechen nicht vorkommen.</p>



<h2 class="title wp-block-heading" id="title_2">Septum-Piercing: Wie schmerzhaft ist das Stechen?</h2>



<p class="p">Da ein Septum-Piercing nicht wie zum Beispiel bei einem Helix- oder dem <a href="/modetrends/tragus-piercing-s4008751.html">Tragus-Piercing</a> durch Knorpelgewebe gestochen wird, sollen sich die Schmerzen in Grenzen halten. Allerdings gilt die Nasenscheidewand als sehr empfindliche Stelle unseres Körpers, da sich hier viele Nerven-Enden befinden. Ob das Stechen des Nasenpiercings also schmerzt oder nicht, hängt immer vom eigenen Schmerzempfinden ab.</p>

<h2 class="title wp-block-heading" id="title_3">Septum-Piercing: Alles zur Heilung und richtigen Pflege</h2>



<p class="p">Ein Septum-Piercing ist meist nach zwei bis drei Monaten vollständig abgeheilt. In manchen Fällen dauert die Heilung des Nasenpiercings aber auch länger. Für einen schnellen Heilungsprozess solltet ihr nach dem Piercen auf folgende Dinge achten:</p>

<li>Septum in den ersten Wochen nach dem Stechen nicht anfassen oder daran herumspielen. Wenn doch, Hände unbedingt vorher waschen und desinfizieren.</li>
</ul>



<ul>
<li>Piercing dreimal täglich mit Wunddesinfektionsmittel ohne Alkohol reinigen. Empfohlen wird ein Octenisept- oder ProntoLind-Spray.</li>
</ul>



<ul>
<li>Bei der Gesichtspflege nur PH-neutrale Produkte benutzen. Und Vorsicht bei Make-up: Das kann die Piercingwunde verschmutzen..</li>
</ul>



<ul>
<li>Während der Heilungszeit auf Schwimmbad-, Solarium-, und Saunabesuche sowie bestimmte Sportarten (Ballsport, Turnen, &#8230;) verzichten.</li>
</ul>



<ul>
<li>Piercing auf keinen Fall herausnehmen.</li>
</ul>



<ul>
<li>Eventuell entstehende Krusten vorsichtig mit warmem Kamillenwasser reinigen.</li>

<p class="p"><strong>Außerdem wichtig:</strong> Bei einer Erkältung, besonders bei Schnupfen, besteht die Gefahr, dass sich die Piercingwunde infiziert. Daher sollte in diesem Fall auf eine besonders gründliche Hygiene geachtet werden.<br>

<p class="p">Wie viel ihr für ein Septum-Piercing zahlen müsst, lässt sich nicht pauschal sagen. In der Regel kostet ein Septum-Piercing – je nach Piercingstudio und Region – etwa 30 bis 80 Euro.<br>

Im Preis enthalten ist neben dem Stechen meist der Erstschmuck sowie Pflegemittel. Fragt vorher am besten im Piercing-Studio eurer Wahl nach, wie sich die Kosten zusammensetzen.</p>



<h2 class="title wp-block-heading" id="title_5">Septum-Piercing: Diesen Schmuck gibt es</h2>



<p class="p">Als Erstschmuck nach dem Stechen des Septums wählt der Piercer meist ein Curved Barbell, auch Banane genannt, oder einen kleinen Ball Closure Ring. Diese Art von Piercingschmuck passt sich dem Stichkanal in der Nase am besten an.</p>

<p class="p">Ist das Nasenpiercing vollständig abgeheilt, kann der Piercingschmuck im Piercingstudio ausgetauscht werden. Achtet darauf, hochwertigen Schmuck aus Titan oder PTFE zu wählen. Chirurgenstahl hingegen ist nickelhaltig und dadurch anfällig für Allergien und Entzündungen.</p>



<p class="p">Die Auswahl an Septum-Schmuck ist mittlerweile sehr groß. Vom klassischen Septum-Piercing in Bananenform über offene Hufeisen-Varianten bis hin zum Septum-Clicker Ring gibt es alles.<br>

Besonders praktisch sind Septum-Clicker, da sie sich leicht mit einem Klick verschließen lassen. Viele Clicker sind außerdem aufwendig verziert, zum Beispiel mit funkelnden Kristallen. Das macht sie derzeit zu den absoluten Trend-Pieces.</p>



<p class="p"><strong>Tipp: </strong>Wer sein Septum verstecken und nicht immer öffentlich zeigen will (z.B. im Job), der kann einen sogenannten Septum-Retainer (einen durchsichtigen Platzhalter) oder ein Circular Barbell einsetzen. Die verhindern das Zuwachsen des Piercinglochs und werden nach oben in die Nasenhöhle geklappt, sodass vom Nasenpiercing kaum etwas zu sehen ist.</p>

<p class="p">Für alle, die sich kein echtes Nasenpiercing stechen lassen möchten, gibt es mittlerweile sogenannte Fake Septum-Piercings. Der Fake-Schmuck sieht aus wie ein echtes Nasenpiercing, wird aber lediglich vorsichtig in die Nasenscheidewand geklemmt. Das kann anfangs noch etwas unangenehm sein, man gewöhnt sich aber relativ schnell daran.<br> <br> Fake-Septums eignen sich auch perfekt, um erst einmal zu schauen, ob einem ein richtiges Septum-Piercing überhaupt stehen würde.</p>
