<p class="p">Wer abnehmen möchte, läuft den ganzen Tag über Gefahr, in gemeine Abnehm-Fallen zu tappen. Das fängt schon morgens beim Frühstück an. So kann sogar das gesündeste Müsli ganz schnell zur Kalorienbombe werden. Und der frisch gepresste Saft für Extra-Kalorien sorgen. Erfahre hier, welche Fallen beim Frühstück noch lauern und wie du sie geschickt umgehst.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_1">Fehler Nr. 1: Kein Frühstück essen</h2>



<p class="p">Nichts <a href="https://dev.gofeminin.de/wellness/abnehmen/gesundes-essen-unterwegs-s1792966.html" data-wpil-monitor-id="26">essen spart Kalorien</a>? Stimmt nicht ganz. Denn wer auf sein Frühstück verzichtet, den holt im Laufe des Morgens schnell der <a href="/abnehmen/tipps-gegen-heisshunger-s1831681.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Heißhunger</a> ein. <strong>Die Folge:</strong> Die Keks-Dose wird geplündert oder der Bäcker angesteuert. Zu groß ist die Lust auf Süßes. Fataler Fehler! Gewöhne dir lieber an, morgens wenigstens einen Joghurt mit Obst zu essen und packe dir ein gut belegtes Brot mit fettreduziertem Käse und Gurke oder Avocado ein.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_2">Fehler Nr. 2: Fertigmüsli kaufen</h2>



<p class="p">So ein Müsli ist tausendmal besser als Cornflakes – stimmt leider nur bedingt. Viele Fertigmüslis enthalten reichlich Zucker und Kalorien. Wirf mal einen Blick auf die Nährwertangaben und miss dann ab, wie viel du davon wirklich isst. Ganz besonders lecker, aber auch ganz besonders kalorienreich sind Knuspermüslis. Damit die Stückchen so knusprig sind, ist reichlich Zucker im Spiel. Mach dir dein Müsli also lieber selbst, mit Haferflocken, frischem Obst, Granola und Joghurt.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_3">Fehler Nr. 3: Kaloriengehalt von Nüssen &; Trockenfrüchten unterschätzen</h2>



<p class="p">Du mischst dein Müsli schon selbst? Super! Aber weißt du auch, wie viele Kalorien die Nüsse und Trockenfrüchte enthalten, die du reinmischst? Beides sind kleine Kalorienbomben, die man schnell unterschätzt.<br><br>100 g Haselnüsse liefern gut 650 kcal – und 100 g sind gar nicht so viel, miss das mal nach. Iss ruhig Nüsse und Trockenfrüchte, aber sei dir über die Mengen im Klaren. Entscheide dich am besten für eine Sorte, z. ;B. Nüsse, und esse nur frisches Obst dazu.<br><br><strong>Tipp:</strong> Hacke die Nüsse klein, dadurch streust du viel weniger über dein Müsli.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_4">Fehler Nr. 4: Portionsgröße falsch einschätzen</h2>



<p class="p">Haferflocken sind klein und deswegen schüttet man reichlich in die Schüssel. Zu viel in der Regel. Um die nächsten Stunden über satt zu sein, reichen vier, fünf Esslöffel aus. Kombiniere sie mit ein paar Beeren oder einem klein geschnittenen Apfel sowie Naturjoghurt und du hast ein Frühstück, das deinen Diät-Plan nicht sofort zunichtemacht.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_5">Fehler Nr. 5: Versteckte Fettbomben nicht erkennen</h2>



<p class="p">Salami oder Leberwurst, Camembert oder Gouda, <a href="https://dev.gofeminin.de/wellness/gesundheit/was-ist-gesuender-butter-oder-margarine-s4058209.html" data-wpil-monitor-id="25">Margarine oder Butter</a>: Auf dem Frühstückstisch gibt es reichlich Fettbomben. Bist du wirklich sicher, dass du alle kennst? Eine Scheibe Emmentaler liefert gut 113 kcal, eine Portion Salami 100 kcal. Isst du beispielsweise eine Scheibe Brot mit Margarine und Salami, kommst du schnell auf knapp 400 kcal!<br><br><strong>Kalorien-Spartipp: </strong>Lass Butter und Margarine weg und ersetzt sie durch Quark oder Senf. Auch lecker und super herzhaft ist Tomatenmark. Bei Käse und Wurst solltest du kalorienarme Sorten bevorzugen, z. ;B. Geflügelaufschnitt, Kochschinken, Frischkäse oder Harzer Käse.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_6">Fehler Nr. 6: Leben als Weißmehl-Junkie</h2>



<p class="p">Hast du die Wahl zwischen Weiß- und Vollkornbrot und du wählst das <a href="https://dev.gofeminin.de/wellness/abnehmen/kalorien-brot-naehrwerte-s799867.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Weißbrot</a>? Das ist ab und an okay, aber auf Dauer solltest du dich besser umgewöhnen. Zwar haben beide Sorten etwa gleich viele Kalorien, doch das Vollkornbrot macht viel länger satt und liefert ein wenig mehr Nährstoffe. Insgesamt isst du also weniger und sparst dadurch ein paar Kalorien ein.<br><br>Besonders Weißmehl-Toast ist tückisch – gerade in Kombination mit süßen Aufstrichen. Die hellen Scheiben machen einfach kaum satt. Wenn du ohne Toast nicht leben kannst, dann wähle besser Vollkorn-Produkte.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_7">Fehler Nr. 7: Flüssige Kalorien nicht mitzählen</h2>



<p class="p">Der frisch gepresste Saft, der Milchkaffee mit reichlich Zucker oder die Kaffeespezialität mit Sirup: Auch Getränke haben Kalorien. 200 ml Saft haben knapp 100 kcal – die solltest du nicht unter den Tisch fallen lassen. Trinke ruhig ab und an Saft, spart die Kalorien dann aber an anderer Stelle ein.<br><br><strong>Tipp:</strong> Probier statt O-Saft mal Grapefruit-Saft zum Frühstück. Die Grapefruit ist ein wahres Superfood und enthält nicht nur wertvolle Vitamine, sondern von Natur aus auch reichlich Pektin. Dieser Ballaststoff kann dich beim Abnehmen unterstützen, weil es sättigend wirkt.</p>
