Sie sind super lecker, aber eben auch echte Energiebomben.<br>Ein klassisches Stück <strong>(ca. 60 g)</strong> enthält im Schnitt <strong>280–350 kcal</strong> – je nach Rezept auch deutlich mehr.</p>



<p><strong>Tipp: </strong>Backe sie in kleineren Portionen oder verwende Backkakao statt Vollmilchschokolade – das spart Kalorien, ohne dass der Geschmack leidet.</p>

<p class="p">Käsekuchen liegt kalorienmäßig im Mittelfeld. Durchschnittlich hat ein <strong>100 g Stück etwa 275 kcal</strong>. Wenn du selbst backst, kannst du Kalorien sparen – z.â¯B. mit Magerquark und ohne Boden.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_6">ð« <strong>Marmorkuchen: Trockenkuchen mit viel Butter</strong></h3>



<p class="p">Viele unterschätzen ihn – aber <strong>Marmorkuchen ist kein Leichtgewicht</strong>. <strong>70 g enthalten ca. 270 kcal</strong>, hauptsächlich durch Butter. Beim Selberbacken kannst du Butter teilweise durch Joghurt ersetzen – das spart Kalorien, ohne den Geschmack zu ruinieren.</p>

<p class="p">Trotz ihrer mächtigen Optik überrascht sie mit moderatem Kalorienwert: <strong>120 g haben rund 330 kcal</strong>. Sahne, Schokolade und Kirschen machen sie zu einer ausgewogenen Kaloriensünde – in Maßen absolut okay.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_8">ð© <strong>Berliner (Krapfen): Schmalzgebäck mit Kalorienbremse</strong></h3>



<p class="p">Berliner werden frittiert – logisch, dass sie nicht ganz leicht sind. Aber: Ein <strong>kleiner 60 g Berliner bringt etwa 200 kcal</strong> auf die Waage. Je nach Füllung und Größe kann das natürlich schwanken.</p>

<p class="p">Ein Klassiker mit ordentlich Kalorien: <strong>Ein kleines Stück (70 g)</strong> enthält etwa <strong>300 kcal</strong>. Viel Butter, viel Zucker, viel Geschmack – aber oft reicht ein Stück auch völlig aus.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading title" id="title_10">ð° <strong>Nussecken: Viel Nuss, viel Energie</strong></h3>



<p class="p">Sie sind klein, aber oho: <strong>Eine 50 g Nussecke hat ca. 270 kcal</strong> – durch Nüsse, Butter und Zucker. Beim Bäcker sind sie oft deutlich größer – also Achtung bei der Portionsgröße!</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">ð§ <strong>Muffins: Klein, aber ganz schön gehaltvoll</strong></h3>



<p>Sie wirken harmlos – doch <strong>ein klassischer Schoko-Muffin bringt es locker auf 350–400 kcal pro Stück</strong> (je nach Größe). Vor allem Zucker, Butter und Schokostückchen schlagen zu Buche.<br>Wenn du Muffins selbst backst, kannst du Kalorien sparen, indem du <strong>einen Teil des Fetts durch Joghurt oder Apfelmus ersetzt</strong> – und auf Zuckeralternativen setzt.</p>
