Dann den harten Strunk aus beiden Hälften keilförmig herausschneiden. Das Hackfleisch darin krümelig anbraten, dann die Zwiebel dazu geben und glasig dünsten. Anschließend mit Salz, Pfeffer und nach Geschmack mit gemahlenem Kümmel würzen. Der Kümmel verleiht dem Eintopf eine deftige Würze und sorgt dafür, dass das Kohlgericht leichter verdaulich wird. Zum Schluss den Schmand unterrühren und heiß servieren.</div></li></ul></div></div>
